Very convenient to everything, beds comfortable, clean. Only problem was that hot tub was listed in description, but it was incorrect, no hot tub on premises.

Amazing

The house was very good and perfect for our 4th of july week with buddies. The location was amazing in the heart of Dewey, and was a cozy spot.

Perfect spot

This place is great. Perfect spot for beach, food, and activities. Lots of beds. Could use some more kitchen items like silverware and mugs. Nice that they have cleaning supplies and paper goods. Would defiantly stay again

Fun Family Vacation

We've been coming to Dewey for over 10 years and look forward to it every year. The house layout worked well for our family. It was a little close to Bottle & Cork and the concerts were loud if you are trying to get to bed before 1am. Other than that, the location is fantastic - middle of town and right at a crosswalk to get to the beach. Alex was very responsive when we had a request or need.

Quick. Each Vacation

Fantastic location!!!!! The condo was great. Easily accommodated my husband, 2 daughters and my mother-in -law. Everything we needed was walking distance. Very short walk to the beach. My only recommendation is bring a Chromecast or something? The cable only gets the major networks and there is no VCR so you are stuck for entertainment:(. Thank goodness we had a couple of iPads.

Close to Main Attractions & Beach (Fireworks!)

The condo looks like the photos, no frills. It isn't beachy, but it's close to the actual beach. It has several beds, no frills. Coffee maker is key, filters were in the cabinet. We were able to find everything we needed for cooking (except a cookie sheet). Washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. If you're looking for quiet, this isn't the place. Then again, downtown Dewey isn't the place for that. Lots of foot traffic, but no problems. It was great to be able to bring our little dogs. There's little to no grass for pet potty breaks, but there are pine shats. Depends if your pet is skittish about noise, etc. Property manager was responsive to questions. Checkin and checkout were simple. Thanks!

Mediocre At Best

The only pros this rental has are close proximity to downtown Dewey and close proximity to the beach (ocean and bay). This unit is very tiny, and while it sleeps 8, the rooms are small and the living room/common area is cramped as well. The couches and chairs are ripped, the floors are cracked, the bedding the unit supplies is old and stained, and the bunk beds have been recently fixed with a few planks that were falling down. To caveat, we rented this location for a bachelorette party, so this unit does not provide ample space for 8 women to get ready, lacking mirrors and room for more than one small dufflebag. On top of the conditions of the unit and the bedrooms, the cleaning service which arrived 3 hour prior to our check-in did not clean the unit well. There was still sand all over the floor and the dishes had been put away with food stuck to the pots and pans. It would have also been beneficial to know the unit did not come with toilet paper - a simple item we thought would have been included. The listing states that no bath towels are provided - this is an understatement. There weren't even hand towels to dry your hands after washing them in the bathrooms. The contact for the unit, Alex. R, was also extremely unhelpful. After asking a few questions about the availability of beach chairs, a grill, and other items, he just forwarded the original "Check In" email he had sent a week prior. He wouldn't even help provide us with information re: metered vs. permit parking near the unit. When damages and cleanliness issues were reported upon checking in, he didn't offer to help rectify the situation. Instead he just apologized for the damages and dirtiness with one sentence. He didn't respond to any of our other emails re: issues until after we checked out and had difficulty locking the keys in the rusty lockbox which wouldn't shut. As much as we sucked it up for the weekend having no other options, I would never recommend this rental to anyone. If you are looking for even decent accommodations, this is not the rental for you.

We enjoyed our stay on Dagsworthy. The location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and night life.

2 spaces at rental are only for small cars/suvs. Full size truck does not fit. Metered spots in zone 4012 are good for the week. Pay at machines on street.

Long weekend stay

The location was perfect to access everything we needed in walking distance for shops, restaurants and bars. The property also slept us all conmartably and had plenty of couches for lounging during our rainy stay as well. Excellent place to stay!

Summer get-a-away

This rental unit is a short walk to the beach. Nice sized bedrooms and pet-friendly property. I would recommend inquiring about the renters above this unit (if they have kids). We heard lots of jumping, running, heavy foot steps, chairs dragging, etc. during our stay. Perhaps the units should invest on carpeting to buffer the noise. Overall, this rental is a good get-a-away summer property. Manager is receptive to inquiries.

Pros: roomy condo even for eight people, beautiful kitchen, great location, clean showers, walk to beach ,restaurants and clubs , beach was great with activities, parking for two cars, great place if you bring bikes. cons: saw some ants, one box spring was broken on bed, garbage disposal broken, no dish towels (had to run out and buy), listing should state if unit has laundry detergent, dish detergent. ran out of dish washer pods, no large grocery stores in walking distance, can hear music from clubs, wobbly kitchen chairs.

Great location in Dewey Beach

Our family went to Dewey with the intention of staying in Dewey. This location made it easy to spend the entire day at the beach or short walks to all of the great restaurants. It being pet friendly was awesome! Our entire family, four legged friends included, had a great time on the beach.

Awesome

Had a great weekend away this July with my girl friends for my 25th birthday. Everything was a 2 minute walk away from this location, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. It would be nice if there were at least hand towels in the bathrooms (bring your own bath towels because we had to use our beach towels when we showered!) Check in process was so easy and the property manager was very easy to contact and responded in a timely manner when I asked about extra parking, etc. I would definitely rent again!!!!

So much fun to be able to take the pups!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our dogs are large but crate and obedience trained. It is hard to find someone that will believe you when you say that. The owner was very understanding and in the end trusted us with a bit more deposit. The girls behaved well and the property is set up with mostly tile floors which kept them cool while we were out during the day. My only issue was some of the cleaning issues. While the important parts were covered a little cleaning of the white doors so they are not grey around the handles can make a place pop better. Who knows if the owner even knows if the cleaning agency isn't doing that though. Overall a great little apartment for a couple of days out of town with the puppers!

Perfect location

The location of this property is great. One block from the beach, one block from the bay and one block from all restaurants and bars. All questions to Alex the owner were promptly answered. Notice to future renters with kids: As mentioned in some other reviews, there is a bar nearby that plays loud music on the weekends till 1am. This is in no way the fault of the property owner, just something to keep in mind if you have children. All in all, a great, reasonably priced place to rent in the center of everything.
