This home is a three-family apartment that is rented out as one vacation rental so bring all your friends and family and expect a great vacation. 8 eight bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a loft space. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, AC and other modern touches!
This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties. We are happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
While vacationing here, you are very close to Narragansett Town Beach, several great restaurants, shops, yoga studios and more! From the loft you have a gorgeous balcony window with stunning views!

Charming house and great location

We had 4 families. Each family had their own space. The first floor had a nice big table where we could all hang out together for drinks and game time while the children slept. Nice walk to the beach. You will want to bring a beach “wagon.” Great yard with big table for outdoor dining as well. Perfect vacation with lots of beach time and relaxation. Great location with walking distance to souvenir shopping and restaurants.

Nice location BIG HOUSE

This beach house is perfect for an extended family reunion as it has three seperate floors inclding thier own kitchens on each floor. Plenty of bed space. Easy walk to the beach. We were only 5, Mom, Dad, Grandma and 2 children, 3 & 7, but the different layouts to the floors offerend lots of selections for best sleeping arrangements. While some reviews complain that the first floor is outdated in this house, we found the 1909 vintage style homey and comfortable and perfect for the beach.

good location, very noisy traffic.

the property was in good shape 2nd and 3rd floor where very nice, first floor needs some TLC. overall it worked well for our family. the smoke detector keep going off on the 3rd floor on the second night starting at 11pm till 4am we had two disconnect it.
