Unit 702 is a very spacious deluxe unit with two full bedrooms and a third bonus room. So, bring extra family members or friends and enjoy what Navarre Beach has to offer. Enjoy the floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Gulf of Mexico from both the main living space as well as the primary bedroom. Imagine waking up with the waves crashing! Relax on the balcony with a morning coffee or a cocktail in hand at evening time. Navarre Beach is the place to be and Summerwind West 702 has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with cooking in mind if you choose to dine in, and there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. you'll enjoy making vacation memories and choosing 702 to help create them.

This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice girl's getaway trip

I really did love this condo. It was right on the beach and the trek wasn't bad at all. Parking was easy to navigate and it was easy to find the room. We had a bit of trouble with the door lock, but I think that was mostly user error. The rooms were all very nice, but be advised if you're taking 8 adults those twin beds are a lot smaller than they felt like when you're a child. lol All in all, the condo is wonderful and met all of our needs for our girls trip!!

Well Worth It

It was very clean and in the perfect location to walk to several restaurants and night-life areas. They have several things you can use for the beach if you like but take your own beach towels. Washer and dryer works great. The ice maker does not make ice fast enough to keep your drinks cold so bringing your own is recommended. The refrigerator is large and roomy and can accommodate a lot of food for several people. Overall the place was well worth the money and right on the beach, so very easy to get down and back w/o trouble. The pool and hot tub was clean.

Not what we expected

The location is great, the HOA is annoying. I don’t like having to wear a rubber bracelet while on vacation. Overall the unit was clean. Beach chairs provided are a joke(take your own) you will need normal household items throughout the week they provide enough to get you though one day.

Nice Condo

Condo was spacious and all the dishes that we needed. It also had beach chairs and beach toys and boogie boards for the children.

Great condo, terrible entry

We loved the location and the condo. But getting in the door was extremely difficult the entire stay. Code only worked half the time, the knob actually fell off at one point, and maintenance had no fixes for us. We fought it every time we came and went.

Owners would be disappointed with the property management.

Beautiful condo and a great location. Absolutely love Navarre. Arrival was rough. Code to the door didn’t work as it should. We stood outside waiting for a code that would actually work. Turns out the lock isn’t working properly. You have to put the code in, pull the door towards you, and flip the lock all at the same time. Oven was dirty, warmed it up to cook a pizza and the smoke detectors went off as something was left in the bottom of the oven. Toaster wasn’t working as it should and only one side would toast at all. Master bath was not clean. Mold spots on the shower curtain liner and the caulking was moldy. (Same for the other bathroom). Outside patio furniture was filthy. Had to use our beach towels to sit in the chairs. Oh and the sheets do not fit the bed in the main bedroom. You sit on the side of the bed (very gently) and they pop off the corner. Makes for a long night…. Beds were comfy though. We made the best of it and I have seen worse but for the money this condo was definitely not worth it. I hope the owners see this and investigate.

Beautiful Beach

This condo was just ok. Needs some updates and to be cleaned better. Door lock was really difficult. Hot tub was as warm as the pool so that was a bit disappointing. Location was great. Within walking distance to the Turtle Conservation Center, restaurants, and the pier. View from the balcony was lovely, we saw dolpins every morning.

We loved our stay in unit 702! The furniture was actually comfortable, Their were lots of dishes, pots and pans to use, the kitchen was a great space, the layout was amazing for our family of 10, the view from the balcony was stunning. Their was a problem with the air conditioning and they fixed it right away! The beach access was easy and the beach is beautiful! A little bit too much sea weed but that’s not in anyones control. One thing we definitely recommend is updating the beds in the room with two full beds… they should definitely be queen beds. It’s hard for two adults to share a double bed. Take a walk on the pier a little before sunset when the water is blue/green around it and you will definitely see lots of wildlife like dolphins, turtles, rays, redfish and then the sunsets and it’s a beautiful pink sky most nights! Their is security that checks your bands to make sure you belong to the condos and keeps others out! It was nice to not have the pools overcrowded with people who do not belong to the resort. The hot tub was not working so that was a bit disappointing at night! We loved our stay! Thank you for sharing your space!

Door lock stuck

main problem was the door lock, Code did not work. We were finally able to get into our room. Management said they would send someone the next day to look at it, but never did as far as I know. Once we were able to open the door it did not lock, would just open without a code.
