Cost effective for our staycation!

Great view and room. Amenities in the room were minimal but had most of what we needed. Recommend a crockpot for families who would like to spend their time at the beach or pool but can throw a dinner together before heading out. Because we are local, I was able to run home and grab mine. Recommend more hooks to hang up towels, especially beach towels. LOVED having our own reserved parking! For the price we definitely will consider booking for our staycation next year again here.

Check in and check out were extremely easy, it was nice not having to keep track of a key while at the beach. Condo was nice and clean and roomy for the whole family and had an amazing view. The pool and hot tub were great when the kids wanted a break from the beach. So much was in walking distance from food, the pier and the sea turtle center. The full kitchen made it easy to cook most meals right at the condo. I truly wouldnt have picked anywhere else for my family to stay on our first vacation. Plan on booking this place again. I did have a little confusion on the beach chairs and umbrella but learned they were first come first serve and u can only use 2 chairs and 1 umbrella but I feel that was more on the company setting them out as they should at least put your room number on yours.

Communication and check in instructions were delivered clearly and promptly. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was noticed immediately. It looked and smelt so clean and homey. Condo was presented exactly as described. The under garage parking and beach chair rental included was a huge plus. The views were immaculate and the location was perfect! Access to 3 pools (one being heated) and 3 hot tubs was nice for spacing out guests. Walking distance from the pier and several restaurants was extremely convenient for our family! We will definitely be back!!
