This condo is directly on the beach, and you are booking directly with the owners—a small family of three. There are no excessive middleman or broker fees just to place you in a unit that the broker has never personally stayed in or inspected. We stay in and maintain all of our properties, so we always know their current condition. All of our units are well kept, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas like this one, directly beside Navarre Pier and Santa Rosa Island.

LOCATION: NAVARRE BEACH — “FLORIDA’S BEST KEPT SECRET”
This second-floor corner unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with wraparound windows and a spacious porch offering incredible views of Navarre Pier (Florida’s longest pier) and Santa Rosa Island. Nearby are local restaurants, coffee shops, jet ski rentals, and beach activities. On the opposite side of the pier are miles of open, untouched white sand along Santa Rosa Island.
Navarre Beach is known for abundant wildlife, including sea turtles, and is highly rated for sea shelling. You could not ask for a better vacation setting. Enjoy the emerald Gulf waters and sugar-white sands right outside the condo, while the bay with boat docks and water activities is within walking distance across the street. If you have never visited Navarre Beach, you are truly in for a treat.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• We do not require a 7-night minimum to help guests with smaller budgets
• Stays must either butt up to another reservation or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
We cannot rent the unit for 1 or 2 nights. Reservations that do not meet this requirement will be canceled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to accommodate a stay. If you are unable to butt up to another reservation or leave a minimum 3-night gap, please do not book.

Great host, very responsive. Beautiful condo and view from the balcony of the ocean and pier! Short walk to the beach. Great location within walking distance of a few restaurants and gas station.

We go to Florida every summer for the last 10 years, and this was the best condo we have ever stayed in. From all the natural light from all the windows, the amazing master bathroom, comfortable sofa, and little details everywhere, we will be renting this confo again next year for sure!

Very clean and the view was amazing! One of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in! Could sit on that balcony all day! Only complaint would be the pool light shining straight in the master room, luckily my mom sleep with her head under the blanket’s. And the mattress sucked a lil, but doable! The check in/check out process was super easy! Would stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

10/10 recommendation! Fantastic location with great views. The condo has everything you need and it was super clean. They really thought of everything. Only regret was we didn’t spend more time at the condo. Will definitely be back to visit!!

Great Beach Condo!

Beautiful condo! Unit was clean, had a great view, and a lot of natural light. Easy beach access. Unit looks the same in person as it does in the photos. Our family decided that we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely loved the condo. The location was perfect. Zero complaints. Owner was very helpful. It was 3 adult couples and would definitely stay again. The only suggestion would be if it had more sheet pans or ovenware. Kitchen was stocked and bathrooms had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated.

Beautiful Property that Exceeded Expectations

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and even better than the pictures. The views were truly spectacular and made every moment feel special. The host went above and beyond by providing everything we could possibly need and more. It was clear a lot of thought and care was put into making guests feel at home. Excellent Host and Beautiful Unit

Beautiful home and excellent hosts. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Out host was helpful and responded immediately to any of our questions. Navarre is a beautiful and especially relaxing place to vacation. We used to go to Fort Myers Beach every year, but much prefer the less hectic pace in Navarre. The property was very nice! The corner is the best slot to be in, its view and spacious balcony was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. Would definitely do it again!

Great ocean view

Beautiful, spacious, with great decor. Easy access to pool and beach. Restaurants in close proximity. Great wrap around porch with plenty of seating. Mattresses lacked comfort, and were noisy. Bar stools not comfortable to sit on to eat. Air conditioner could not keep up with the temperature from outdoors. Fortunately there are fantastic fans in every room. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Great May Stay

I age 77, along with sister, age 72 and other sister, age 86 for a week. Not being as te h savvy as younger folks, found all the remote and electronics a little troubling, beds almost too high to get into at night, high chairs at table and bar area difficult to get onto and no cushions, not enough chairs, ottomans, sitting areas for company in living room area. Need bigger dining table with more seating for condo that can sleep a lot of people. Very clean and had beautiful furnishings and everything we need in the kitchen. Love that it was an end unit.

Amazing!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Probably the best condo we have stayed in on the gulf! The owners were readily available and very helpful! I will say the condo building is very strict about parking and wrist bands. As long as you follow the rules there were no issues. Cute gift shop in one of the buildings. Gym available as well.
