This wonderful condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical gardens and pools. It was recently remodeled, it's been beautifully decorated, and it offers many amenities. The main bedroom, the second bedroom, and the living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to help you complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the open living room houses a sectional, a TV, and a DVD player.

Things to Know
Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Views

The grounds were beautiful and nicely kept. The pool areas were super fun and great for the entire family. Loved the lazy river. One bartender was not very nice and told me that I could get water from the water fountian by the restrooms. The gym did not have air conditioner and the elevators were down in most of the building, making the elevator lines long. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was beautiful and a nice place to stay.

So spacious

The balcony view was very accommodating, could look down and see our teenagers enjoying the pool. We had a great view of the beach and pier.

Family vacation

Beautiful unit for our family, nice location and great access to the beach and pool. Only down fall was the air conditioning was not working properly. Never really got cool. Maintenance did come quickly to fix the bathtub, however still didn’t fix the secondary tub. Very convenient to elevator. Overall was a good experience.

Perfection

Our favorite stay at waterscape yet! The view is PERFECTION and my favorite part. The condo is huge. So much space for the 5 of us. There’s a closet full of beach toys and chairs and a closet with games. It’s conveniently located right across from the elevator making quick access to beach and pool. The oyster bar right across the street is really, try the bang bang shrimp. On the way in you pass a Publix just over the bridge making grabbing groceries painless. We will most definitely be back.

Great Place for Families with children

Few days of paradise.

I loved the clean, fresh smell as we walked through the door. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I was surprised at how big the pool area was. There was enough room for everyone to move around without feeling congested. I’m looking forward to going back to Waterscape in the future.

Beautiful condo

This is our second time staying at this condo! About thing about it is amazing. We love the views from the balcony. The pools are amazing! Just a quick drive to Destin. We plan to come back once a year!

Very convenient to eateries, beach and shopping.

I would stay at the property again, though we had a couple of items that didn't work properly or at all. Namely the TV in the master bedroom, and the microwave in the kitchen. Though it didn't bother me too much, I do think fresh touch-up painting here and there needs to be a constant consideration. I believe that it would increase the over presentation (look) of the unit, as well as pressing washing the sidewalks and walls.

Incorrect information provided by the Staff and in printed literature over parking was a concern that turned out to be nothing . Although the property was well maintained getting breakfast before noon was impossible due to the lack of business able to handle tourist population. At a Waffle House next door I was told they would brew more coffee when ever they found the time by the Jamaican employees. On my next visit I plan to utilize the kitchen more often

Location was perfect

Condo was perfect location for sitting on the porch overlooking pool and beach. Beach and pool access was easy. Walking distance to Stewbys, Hightide restaurant and ice cream.

Great for big families!

Planty of room for kids to enjoy while inside, the rooms are very spacious too with everything you need in them. The kitchen had everything you need to cook with. A lot of cabinet space for all your goods. And the pools for the kids were amazing. The beat part of it was the view to the beach from the living room and the two main bedrooms. Definitely going back!

Great stay!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO with GREAT BEACH VIEW

Gorgeous view, condo had all the amenities we expected. It was just across from the elevator so that was great for beach and pool access. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo, we slept well. We loved all of it and will definitely be returning some time soon!

Boys beach trip

I took my son and his friends to the beach— we had a great time! Place was great and the location was perfect. Plenty of boogie boards for all of us! Two suggestions— the stove burners need to be replaced and some larger bowls would be helpful—also, directions for the TV with labeled remotes. Other than that- perfect!!

Picture perfect

This condo was just as pictured and described by the host. It rained a few days during our stay and we were so thrilled to find an assortment of board games and puzzles provided in the condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We will stay in this condo again!

Best Vacation

We always love Waterscape and the beaches there our room was great and we loved the view. The only suggestion I have is to have a really good deep clean on the room the couches had dust under them and lamps and ceiling fans are covered in thick dust.

Great for families!

Our unit was close to elevator, beach, and pool. We enjoyed the 2 beach chairs each day, the DVD rental, and fitness center. Resort was walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, and also Gulfarium. We would definitely stay again! Unit described 2nd King room with bathroom- there was not a bathroom in 2nd king room. The second bathroom was in bunk room.
