We had a great time at Waterscape. The condo location was perfect as close to parking and the elevator. The beach is a short walking distance therefore able to go to condo for lunch and children’s naps. The resort is very clean and had activities while we were there. Never had to leave.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a group of 7 friends and this unit was perfect! The layout is great, 3 bathrooms was a life saver and plenty of sleeping room! Parking right by the unit was a BONUS! Will definitely look to book again!

Great place

Best condo I’ve stayed in. There are only 6 floors, so you’ll never be stuck waiting for an elevator. This condo is steps from the parking garage, so easy unload/reload. The beds are comfortable, clean.

Hall Family Vacay 2021

We stayed in this unit 7/3-7/10 and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room for our family and the kids (one 5 year old and two 1 year olds) loved the splash pad and the lazy river. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was clean, and the beds we’re comfortable! Great place for a family vacation!

Perfect Condo for a Family Beach Vacation

Waterscape C300 was perfect for our family of 7, including three kids 7 and under and Grandparents. The condo was clean and in a convenient location for our family. Waterscape is family/kid friendly; we enjoyed the movie at the pool night and glow party on the beach while awaiting for the fireworks off the pier. We just booked C300 again for next Summer!

First time staying in Ft Walton

Our family had such a great time. This was our first stay in Ft Walton. For years we have always vacationed in Gulf Shores. So it took us a couple of days to warm up to the area but the grandkids ages 7, 5, 2, 2 loved it!! The pool area was great for the kids. The condo had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will probably return to our favorite Gulf Shores next year but truly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing family vacation

Perfect for families who want to enjoy the amenities and the beach! You have everything you need right there and in walking distance. The condo is as beautiful as in the picture! Even though it’s a busy complex, you don’t hear your neighbors at all! We stayed there for 2 weeks and couldn’t ask for a better place! Coastal Vibe vacations made the check in and check out very convenient and easy! We loved the personal note with local recommendations!

Family beach trip

The condo was clean and recently renovated (2021 I think). The pools were a bit crowded but the beach was great and the gym sufficient. We had a 3br 3 ba condo for the 5 of us plus my parents (7 total). Kitchen was great and our AC went out towards the end but the owner had it fixed within an hour! Great condo.

Waterscape resort is a large resort, and we understand that the layout may not be suitable for everyone. It appears this review is not related to our condo but the size of the resort. The only “negative” about our accommodations was that the interior doors and cabinet doors were very dirty and some were sticky. Also the floors obviously were not mopped before our visit. And just a suggestion, it would benefit the guest to have mirrors in the bedrooms. Specifically full length ones. With all this being said we had a great time and would stay here again in the future!!

Great vacation

The rental was easy. The check-in was quick. The property balcony light did not work. I wish the heated pool was warmer. That is not warm to someone from the coast. We could not figure out some of the TVs. The remotes were not working or the TV was not working. Nice but very pricey and too many fees added on above the daily rates.

Thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback. We will be sending a team member in to make sure the balcony light is replaced and to check the remotes. We had not received any previous feedback from other guests regarding the TV's not working so it is possibly the batteries in the remote. If you stay with us in the future please reach out so we can send someone out to address any issues. As far as the fees go, the only fees that we add are taxes and cleaning fee. The VRBO fee is standard when booking through them. We hope you made some wonderful memories memories while staying with us and we hope to see you again soon!

Good resort for young kids, but be aware that only one pool is heated. Condo was ok, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was sub-par, and multiple bath towels were stained. We were given fresh towels, but these were also stained. Clean towels are a pretty basic standard that should be met at this price. Overall, I’d choose to pay a bit more to stay at a nicer property next year.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was the perfect unit to rent for our summer vacation! We were two couples with 5 kids and there was more than enough rooms and beds for everyone. Check-in was very easy as all the info was given to us prior to arrival; it also helps that the process was keyless and contactless! Parking was conveniently close to the unit and the stairs and elevators were also super close. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we certainly took advantage because we only ate out twice during our stay of 7 days (remember, we were 9 people). There are also gas grills throughout the pool area, but do bring a lighter as some of them were not as easy to light. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach; the adults loved the fitness center and conveniently located liquor store across the street (great selection!). The unit does have a washer and dryer so it was nice not to have clean towels and clothing during our stay. We reported an issue with the dryer, and they were very prompt to respond. My only critique would be for designated, washable non-white towel matts in the bathrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect. Highly recommend this unit!
