Great stay

We absolutely LOVED waterscape! Everyone was super helpful/friendly and we all had a blast! Our room was very nice and clean; the only complaint I have was that the dryer did not work at all. So I had a week’s worth of dirty/sour clothes to bring home and wash. The front desk did what they could and contacted maintenance - which then came and couldn’t figure out the issue.

If a view is not important and keeping kiddos happy is more important, then this is your place. There is a small view of the beach, just a glimpse. The pool and lazy river was enjoyable. We reported to property management that the guest bedroom ceiling fan was very loud and they contacted the owner. The fan was not fixed or replaced during our stay. No one could sleep in the guest room because the ceiling fan was too loud. The living room curtains blackout the morning sun. In the bedrooms, the sun brightens your room at 5:30 AM. If you want to wake at 5:30 AM, this is your place!

OK Overall

The location is great! The condo and amenities need updating. Check-in process was easy; unfortunately we didn’t have the option for late checkout and the showers to use near the pool did not provide warm water, making a cold beach/pool day hard to manage. Also the hot tubs were not working our last day. Overall I would recommend a stay at this resort, but pay the extra money for a view!

Long Weekend Stay

I've stayed numerous times the last 6 months in area hotels, and this condo was a much better option for us. The condo was super clean, great wifi, and great location to lots of restaurants and activities.

A great family vacation!

We've stayed at Waterscape several times and this was probably the easiest time booking, checking in, and checking out. The only negative about the entire trip, is about the guests who don't pay to reserve beach chairs and rush down in the morning to put a towel and don't return until the afternoon. We can't wait to come back again in the spring.

Perfect for kids

The pool was perfect for our kids, we were there on a holiday weekend so it was crowded but they were still able to enjoy all the things the pool had to offer without issue like the obstacle course and lazy river. Having the tiki bar for drinks and snacks made it so easy. The unit was well maintained and clean, plenty of room for our group.

Great unit

Plenty of room, everything was clean. Beds and couches were comfortable. What more can I say, it was a great unit to rent and we will be back!

Great!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room is very clean. Nicely decorated and cozy. Recommend: adding shampoo and conditioner to the bathroom/ seasoning to the kitchens. We will come back for next vacation :)

Great!

Loved A211! We have young kids who LOVED the bunk beds with their own TVs. There was plenty of space in the apartment, it’s close to the pool entrance without being too close to it. Parking is easy. Check in and check out were easy and the front desk checked in with us regularly via text to make sure we were ok. Great place to stay with amazing amenities at the resort.

Great condo Not the best resort.

We loved the unit we stayed in. It was clean and spacious. Convenient to elevators, outdoors and parking. Had all the conveniences of home. We were less thrilled with Waterscape community. The public area carpets are filthy. The security staff is unfriendly. The Lilly pads in the swim area seem particularly dangerous and have no supervision. The lazy river was disgustingly warm so cold water should be added through filtration throughout the day.

The location is great, Waterscape has better amenities than other condos or hotels around this area. Family friendly and a fun place to stay. My kids live this place specially their Lilipad. We’ve been to Waterscape for the third time this time and will keep coming. Vacasa reservation and check in is painless. Guest relation staff are available via text. Special thanks to Ms Hanna for helping us throughout our stay.

Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 children. The place was clean and comfortable. Easy check in. The location on the 2nd floor is great with easy access to the 2nd floor heated pool. A short walk down to the first floor pools and you can walk straight out to the white sand. We loved the spacious showers and never took a cold shower even with 7 of us. Would stay again :)
