HOUSE:
There is a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking supplies (pans, pots, spices, etc…), dinnerware sets, and a small in kitchen table. A spacious sunroom includes a dining and lounging area. Fully fenced backyard offers plenty of seating (8 person table with umbrella) and a barbeque area (4 burner grille). Upon your return from the beach, hit the private outdoor shower to rinse the sand off or just to cool down. Unit also includes washer, clothesline, and clothes drying rack.

Rental unit is on the first story of an owner occupied duplex. Unit includes a spacious sunroom (Lounging & Dining), sitting room with wall bar, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (BR 1 – King Bed & BR 2 – Two Twin Bunk Beds), and 1 full bath (tub/ shower combo).

Six beach badges and chairs are provided for renters to use during their stay and badges are required for beach goers 12 years and older.
