Great place and location

We loved this property! So close to then beach and walking distance to what we you need (ur food, mini golf, ice cream, etc). We loved the live music across the street as well at North side bar and grill. The deck was perfect to listen to live music too. Loved this place and we’ll be back.

The place was in great shape, within the first block from the beach and the deck was spacious. Owner was very communicative - he replaced the broken umbrella within 2 hours and let us have a late checkout. The whole stay was great value for the price! Overall I would absolutely rent here again.The only suggestion I have is to provide bed sheets, hand soap, bath towels, paper towels, etc. Even though utensils and dishware were provided, these other things are common to provide to renters.

Excellent location, lots of convenience very spacious for a beach rental!

This three-bedroom guest house has just about everything: well-appointed kitchen, large deck that you can see the entrance to the beach and a very convenient location -- close to everything. Communication with landlord was very good. Very nice guy! One thing anyone who rents here should know: This property is right across the street from the Northside Bar and Grill. Very convenient for a quick bite and drinks. But just be aware that they have live music. It didn't really bother us, but I could see where it might with some folks. They stop at a reasonable hour, also. A very relaxing, pleasant stay. Thanks!

Great Location (i’m being selfish because i want more weeks next year and requested this year !

Jim the owner responded to every question I had. He emailed during the week to make sure we were happy and had all we needed. Very happy with everything and will stay over and over! Nothing fancy but all you need ❤️❤️❤️

Great location in Surf City!

Jim was fabulous and answered our questions within minutes. The house was just as expected. We've been going to LBI for decades and found this property last minute. We'll definitely be back ... the perfect family spot! Thanks Jim.

great location but things could be improved

We spoke with Jim on the phone the day before our trip. The listing stated 4pm check in and 2 pm checkout. Jim told us we could come at 130 and checkout at 6. when we put the address in our nav it took us to beach haven. the listing map also shows the house is in beach haven even though it's a surf city address. so that added some extra drive time. the unit could be a little cleaner. I used the supplies in the unit to clean the bathroom and I cleaned the mirrors as well. we also found a sock on the floor in the bedroom that wasn't ours. we came across silly things like no bulbs in the lamps or dead batteries in the remote. we also never got the tv in the bedroom to connect. we did not notify Jim of these things but I'm sure he would have assisted had we asked. we weren't in the unit much and weren't too bothered by it but they might bother other renters. we stayed friday to Sunday and on Saturday we had a message from Jim that the unit had been rented out and we would now need to check out at 2 because they'd be checking in at 2. this was after Jim told us we could stay till 6. the listing also has a 4 pm checkin but the new renters were checking in at 2. I then received another message on Sunday that we'd need to be out by 145 because Jim had to show the unit to someone before the new renters checked in at 2. we didn't really appreciate the change in times but mostly wondered when the unit gets cleaned with no time in between check in and check out. in sum, the unit was affordable and the location is awesome but it could be cleaner and I don't think check out times should be altered during your stay.

Wedding

We needed a place to stay for our sons wedding at Bonnett Island Estate. The problem was we had a dog. Many places say they will take a dog but that is not true. The location was perfect and our landlord responded to all of my emails. great place to stay for your week away. Thank you James
