The beach is just 1/4 block away so you can swim in the Gulf of Mexico or In the semi-private tropical pool that you share with only three other condos.

With beautiful contemporary furnishings in a monochromatic color scheme with a splash of bright, this spacious second floor condominium has a large master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and walk-in closet. A queen bed in the second bedroom and a premium sofa sleeper in the casually elegant living room allow this spacious condo to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Within walking distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer and private parking for two vehicles add convenience to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Clean condo, very spacious. We stayed in the upstairs unit The private pool is very nice and it's very close to the beach (5 mins walk). Padre getaways are responsive when I called with some minor concerns.The remotes in the bedroom are not programmed correctly and we couldnt turn off the TV there . Minor issueOverall great location and stay.

Wonderful getaway

Our overall impression of the property was great! There was plenty of room for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen that allowed me to cook for my family for the time that we were staying. We hope to be able to stay at the property again!

Great place, shared pool, all we needed

It was a great place to stay with our 4 teenagers. Shared pool was good size and we had it mostly to ourselves. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Nice, clean and good size living area.

Amazing getaway condo

It is beautiful and very clean. This condo is very spacious and has everything you need.. if you’re staying more than a couple of days buy extra supplies. We stayed there for short 8 days we bought dish soap… extra rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags and some bathroom cleaning supplies. They do provide everything for about a 2 day stay except for a couple of things. but since We are a family of 7 we had to buy what we needed. No big deal. The kitchen is fully stocked and they provide a outdoor grill. The pool was great my family loved it. Best thing is that this place is pet friendly. We have a pup and he’s a little wild he still gets very over excited around a lot of people and starts barking and jumps thankfully we didn’t have any problems with the neighbors in the area. Lastly it’s also a short walk to the beach and to shopping centers and restaurants. We were so glad there was a dollar general about a block away for any last minute stuff. Definitely recommend Emerald Breeze it’s beautiful and your family will enjoy it as much as we did..😃

Great location

Great place to spend the weekend ,located block away from the ocean ,small but clean pool,it is a big house split in 4 units,we were lucky to get nice tenants around us,first time in st padre,tx,check in kind of pain cause you have to be in the office physically present if u late check in there is fee ,the only drag .all over gret value ,great stay

Nice place to stay

Our only problem was the roaches, they were literally everywhere. When you turn a light on at night you could see tens of them on the floors or on the front door. Apparently management know about this problem and don't have a solution. Too bad for a nice place like this to be infested with nasty creatures.

Perfect location

We had never been to the island and we were a block away from the water, a short walk. It was the perfect location. We were also very close to a restaurant and the Dollar Store, which became a daily run! Lol. Basically, we had a great time and the condo was very clean and accommodating for 7 of us.

Excellent little getaway

At first, pulling into the driveway, I thought I might have made a mistake....but as the ole adage goes " Don't judge a book by its cover". This place was beautiful, modern, and very well kept. Upon entering, we noticed how hot it was though, I tried turning the a/c on, but the thermostat was not working. I called Island Getaway, and they sent someone out immediately,. problem solved. We did however open the balcony doors and an amazing breeze cooled the place as we waited for the a/c tech to arrive. I booked this little getaway so my family and I could enjoy the island for the weekend, but unfortunately due to a back injury, I couldn't leave the beach house, as bad as that sucked? I was ok with it. Excellent stay! Will book again.

Awesome Experience

Walking into the condo was an experience in itself—a beautiful Home and very spacious. We loved the privacy of being in our own area and not having to worry about long walks from a hotel to your desired destinations. I will add that the pool could have used a little maintenance. I had no problem cleaning up the pool myself for my family and me, but others using the pool may not be as forgiving.

Light?

Too dark no lights outside back side of pool or side of condo to get to back of the building, too dangerous if anyone is trying to get to the back. Charging late fees is outrageous, traveling from out of state you can never tell flight changes. Getting charged for other charges that don’t make sense. Pool dirty.
