Being from the area, Sunchase properties have been a part of the island lascape for decades. The building amenities are still really good. Small things like AC in the elevator and hallways make a big difference. New gas grills on the bottom floor, nice pool area, and having Jim's beach service available for umbrellas and chairs make a difference. A big plus for the having the sand matt going down the beach access path. Makes it easier for young and old to walk it instead of trudging thru loose hot sand. The unit itself is an inside corner unit and the kitchen, dining, and living area are all one area. Everything was clean! Nice and roomy. Upstairs and main level AC works great. Very roomy main room and patio. 2 bedrooms with 1 that has bunk beds and a queen perfect for larger families. We only had 4 people so it was more than enough beds. Keyless entry is nice and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Nice welcoming touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Opportunities exist for Sunchase to get the entry gate fixed as it was broken open halfway.The unit itself just needs a little TLC with the furnishings and bathrooms but everything was functional or was able to be worked around. Found the TV remote under the couch. Kitchen pans could be newer as they were bulging and not making full contact with the electric cooktop this would take longer to heat up. Small things overall. Overall a good stay for the short time and last minute reservation.Thank you!
