In the heart of the Loire Valley, spacious house of 300m2. Fully equipped and comfortable. Enclosed garden. Ideal for several families. Many castles to visit, zoo of doué la fontaine, Cadre Noir and Loire by bike. <br>Two super markets nearby. <br>3kms from the train station, 5kms from the center of Saumur. <br><br>Cleaning included in the rental price. <br>Bed linen and towels can be rented, at a price of €12 per person <br>Sleeps 16, spread over the upper floors. No bedroom on the first floor. <br>8 double bedrooms. <br>Large living - dining room with fireplace, large fitted kitchen and large entrance games room. <br>On the first floor: two toilets and a bathroom. <br>On the 2nd floor: a shower room and toilet. <br>On the 3rd: a shower room and toilet. <br>Washbasins in three bedrooms. <br><br><br>

Family gateway

I gathered 17 of my relatives in this house in early October and it was like being back in our family summer house. Kids loved the large rooms, the garden and all the toys and games. Adults enjoyed the living room and the fire in the fireplace, the terrasse, tennis table. We had family meals around the large dining table. Some parts of the house were in the mid of repair, which is usual in this type of ancient building. There is always something to fix, and it's part of the charm. The place was clean but some mice ran around at night time. Again, not too surprising in this type of old building. Just make sure to not leave food in the bedrooms. They ate some chocolates I kept in my backpack. Finally, duvets were a bit light for a stay in fall and I would recommend bringing your own sleeping bags if you are planning to stay from mid October. Great family house - feels very 'homely' and home away from home. It's better to have a car as about 3 kilometers from Saumur. Easy check in process, quiet (a few cars passing from the road but that is fine), kitchen with pretty much everything you'd need. We loves the patio area with the big table. It was a lovely stay in a typical French family house.

Escapade dans le saumurois

Entre amis retraités, nous avons pris l'habitude de visiter une région de France différente tous les ans. Cette année nous avons porté notre dévolu sur la région de Saumur. Nous avons bien aimé la diversité des possibilités de visite. Des roseraie au cadre noir, ou des sites troglodytes à la balade sur la Loire, des visites de châteaux ou abbayes, sans oublier quelques caves.

Très belle demeure familiale, très confortable, idéale pour des réunions de famille. De 4 ans à 89 ans, avis très favorable! Un sans faute!

Super maison bourgeoise pour groupe de copains

Parfait pour se retrouver en famille nombreuses

Séjour super dans une magnifique demeure. Tout est à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour. De l'accueil au départ, notre hôte était très agréable. Le grand terrain permet de jouer dehors avec les enfants.

Maison familiale de charme, idéale pour les réunions de famille ou amicale.

Grande maison familiale idéalement placée au bord de la Loire près de Saumur, au calme , avec un grand jardin et une terrasse latérale , idéale pour les repas à 12 / 15 personnes. Nous nous y sommes très vite sentis "chez nous" : décoration sobre , aux couleurs douces, équipements très complet pour ceux qui onnvie de cuisiner! Contact agréable et fluide avec les propriétaires . Excellente adresse que nous recommandons vivement!

Belle propriété

Nous étions 10 amis. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans cette grande maison fonctionnelle et confortable. Le soleil était au rendez-vous et nous a permis de profiter des extérieurs. Madame Furet est réactive pour répondre aux questions. Marjorie est disponible pour ouvrir et fermer le gîte. Nous conseillons cette adresse pour passer un bon moment au calme.
