Perfect home for vacation getaway in great neighborhood just minutes to area beaches. We are very close to Charlestown town beach (8-minute easy drive) and very close to 5 State popular beach parks in the area. 4 freshly painted bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there is room for the large family or 2 small families, 8-10 guests can sleep comfortably! All brand-new beds, including brand new cooling memory foam mattresses in all beds. 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa are available. Full large eat in kitchen with washer and dryer opens to a cozy family room. Large freshly painted living room and separate dining room with seating for 6 to 8. Enjoy central air, two decks, brick patio and an outdoor shower. This property offers a tranquil residential vibe and a lovely space to unwind after a long day in the sun. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor and take in the peaceful surroundings, large yard to prowl around and look at nature making it all weather for you to enjoy, read a book, or just relax away from the house if needed. We are a little off the beaten path so it's quiet, but so close to everything you would want to do or see! We are only a 20-minute drive to Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Westerly, and a Point Judith Ferry to Block Island. Newport is only 30 minutes away and local hot spots like Dave’s Coffee or The Umbrella Factory are around the corner. We hope to host you and your family!!

Another great family vacation

Another wonderful family vacation made possible by this great rental. We really enjoyed our stay here, plenty of room for my family, a quiet location off the beaten path, with peaceful outdoor spaces. I’d recommend this rental and I’m keeping this place on my short list for next years vacation.

Great place!

THe house was as described, clean and comfortable. Owners were very attentive and responded quickly. House was just about a 10 minute drive to Charlestown Beach. Great resturants and grocery store nearby.

Friends vacation

We had 3 full days of fun. This home was spotless and in a nice quiet location. Didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful Three rear decks. No reason not to come back here!

Perfect Rhode Island location

We came to Rhode Island for URI graduation. Charlestown was the perfect location to get to URI as well as lots of the attractions Rhode Island has to offer. We loved the spacious home for our group of 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds, a well stocked kitchen, and two dining areas that allowed all 6 of us to sit. We did a puzzle and played games on the rainy day. We enjoyed the yard and patios on the sunny days. The location was a quick drive to Newport, Jamestown, and Narragansett.Our host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway house, clean w/many new fixtures and ideally located!

We had booked time with this house, with help from the owner (Ania). She could not be more patient and helpful. We heartfully recommend this house, as it has a "central location", is clean, laid out well, has just about everything you need, and most of the fixtures are new. Linens and towels are available, and were helpful. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks (helpful). 4 bedrooms upstairs, so it's roomy enough for a larger family. Kitchen is very good, and has all the little things you would expect. Backyard has some size to it, longer vs. deep, and also a small fire pit as well. The grill was also a nice to have, as we used it often. House AC is strong. Like any house in this area, you would need about 15 minutes to get anywhere; same goes for here. However, this is centrally located so you're right in between Watch Hill (Beverly Hills meets Rhode Island beach; recommended!) and Narragansett (great area and beaches are good) / Block Island ferry. Also, directly south is Charlestown Beach; we didn't go there, but that is on the list for next time. Newport is about 35-40 minutes away and is a nice day trip. Also nearby is Misquamicut, Watchaug Beach and Blue Shutters. The only caveat I could think of was that since there are bushes off the decks and the treeline is close to the house, there are your usual bugs at night. Not bad, but noticeable. Citronella candles helped a bit. Overall, compared to other houses this is a great bang for your buck, and Anna was very helpful. We were not "grizzled" house rental veterans, so we had our share of questions - however she was responsive and helped when needed. Recommended!!

Everything was perfect except the water heater wasn’t working properly I took a cold bath and others took lukewarm showers I would appreciate it if she had told us this ahead of time I told her about it I think she should’ve refunded some of our money

The Perfect VRBO

This place was great. The house has everything you need and is immaculately furnished and decorated. The owner was wonderful. Charlestown is a great spot and the people are some of the friendliest people we have ever met. We just checked out and we want to go back already!
