In the heart of the Loire Valley, come relax in Amboise at our renovated barn with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a large, wooded lot in the L'Amasse Valley.
This entirely private accommodations are located on the first floor with a separate entrance and offers a panoramic view of the countryside.
The spacious living area features a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the cozy living room and dining room. The large picture windows open onto a sheltered terrace.

Very clean, pleasant property with the use of a large garden, convenient location about 15 minutes walk to town and with supermarkets nearby, very easy to deal with hosts. Would stay again.

Fantastic holiday home. Modern and fresh interior with a huge living space as the main room. Well equipped kitchen. On site parking. Well located for access to many of the Loire Chateaux and towns.

Excellent place

Le Hangar de Léonard is a fantastic place to stay. The house is really well appointed in a nice spot with everything you might need. The location is excellent for both nearby shops and access to Amboise. The hosts, Laurence and David, were very friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend a stay here.

Perfect Spot

The property was perfect. It was located close to the town center but far enough away for us to really enjoy the quiet of the French countryside. The owners could not have been more helpful.

We loved our stay in July 2026 in this large, clean, superbly equipped property. Our hosts Laurence and David were very helpful and nearby if we needed anything. ( we didn't as the house has everything!) The beds were large and comfy , the bathrooms and showers spotless. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. The coffee pod machine was really appreciated for our lovely first coffee of the day on the veranda. The garden was lovely to sit in with the provided chairs. We also enjoyed playing petanque there as well.The house is around 1 mile from the centre of the beautiful Amboise, but there is a number of lovely walks to get in to town if you don't want to walk down the main road.It was an excellent base to explore the beautiful Loire valley.We would highly recommend.Thank you again.Craig, Aileen, Dan and Julia

Great stay in a great location

The apartment is very large and very well equipped. The rooms are decorated according to different colours, which looks very good. The hosts are very nice and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were well organized and uncomplicated. Amboise is ideally located for exploring the castles of the Loire.

Nous avons été très satisfaits par cette location. Ecoute et accueil par nos hôtes très agréables et efficaces. Le Hangar est un peu retiré de la ville d'Amboise, situé dans un cadre verdoyant et apaisant. En voiture, 5mn suffisent pour rejoindre ce lieu touristique.Les équipements sont au top, le logement très fonctionnel et bien agencé dans un cadre neuf.

Logement très spacieux, confortable et propre, bien isolé de la chaleur (très apprécié dans un contexte de canicule!), cuisine parfaitement équipée et grande terrasse. Environnement calme et accès à Amboise très facile à pied ou à vélo, très bien situé pour découvrir la région.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vraiment le Hangar de Léonard.

Très belle découverte de ce logement. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le château d'Amboise et le Clos Lucé à pied, mais aussi pour louer des vélos et aller jusqu'au château de Chenonceau.Laurence et David ont été très accueillants, et très facilitants sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Retrouvailles entre amies

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend de retrouvailles au hangar de Léonard. Ce gîte est spacieux, très bien agencé et pourvu de tous les équipements ménagers haut de gamme. Les chambres sont dotées de salle d'eau et toilettes. Vraiment tout pour que notre séjour soit agréable, confortable et reposant. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter !

Gute Lage, tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren 5 Personen und haben das Haus für 1 Woche gebucht. Es war perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und für viele Personen ausgelegt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, dennoch kann man zu Fuß nach Amboise gehen. Perfekt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns schnell und gerne geholfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

Une location idéale pour 8 personnes

Nous avons un séjour agréable dans ce hangar rénové et confortable. Notre petite troupe de deux familles a vraiment apprécié l’espace et le confort de cette location. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

WE à Amboise

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis et la réussite de ce séjour est en bonne partie due à la qualité de notre hébergement. Le Hangar Saint Léonard est en effet récent et en excellent état, très propre, très bien conçu et parfaitement équipé. le mode de communication et les modalités d'accès très simples et efficaces. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Wunderschönes Appartment im wundervollem Amboise

Das Appartment ist wirklich toll und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles gerade gebaut/renoviert. Es sind vier sehr ähnliche große Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, zwei mit eigenem Bad, zwei teilen sich ein Bad. Der Großteil der Wohnung ist ein riesiger, offener Bereich aus Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Zu allem Überfluss gibt es einen überdachten Balkon und riesigen Garten. Einfach toll! Danke für die schöne Woche!
