Beach service available at no cost to you from March 1 through October 30.

A stylish beachfront getaway awaits at this 2BR/2BA Ocean Villa condo, boasting a spacious balcony overlooking the emerald Gulf waters. Highlights include a sleek kitchen, luxe tile flooring, and fine furnishings throughout.

Delight in a host of amenities including an indoor pool, Gulf-view outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Stroll steps to the beach for blissful days playing in the sand and surf. Explore a plethora of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode on a sleeper sofa and two armchairs in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 55” TV with cable and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare fresh meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms -- each with a 40” TV with cable -- and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in two queen beds in the guest bedroom. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start the day with fresh coffee and gorgeous Gulf views at a bistro table for two on your spacious private balcony. In the evening, dine alfresco at the six-person outdoor table.

Take a dip in the indoor pool or Gulf-view outdoor pool (open year-round). Or enjoy a relaxing soak in the community hot tub.

Additional on-site amenities include a fitness center and a shared grilling area.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Unassigned parking is available for one car in the open parking garage. There is an option for a second car, but you will have to buy a parking pass from the office and they are $50 each.

This unit is located on the 17th floor. Elevators are available.

THE LOCATION

Explore a host of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Head a half-mile to beachside dining at the famous Pineapple Willy’s. Wonderworks, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park are also within 1 mile.

The whole family will love ZooWorld Zoological Botanical Conservatory, featuring over 260 animals plus programs and shows in a tropical setting (1.5 miles).

Or head to Pier Park, a popular shopping center and entertainment hub. (5.5 miles).

Access to your professionally cleaned, sanitized home is convenient. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras.

Put a parking pass in your vehicle to avoid being towed, one will be provided, a second may be purchased.
Arm bands are to be worn at the pool and left in the unit when you leave. there will be a $40 charge for missing bands.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time at Ocean Villa. The condo was clean and accurate to the listing pictures. When we first arrived there were no luggage carts and the elevator area can be a bit crowded with carts but it worked out. We never had to wait long for an elevator which was nice. The pool was nice and wasn’t too cold. We enjoyed the hot tub. The light in the fridge is very dim and probably needs to be looked at. I did have to change out the king bedroom lamp bulb with one from the living room because it was blown. Might want to put some extra bulbs in condo. We went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper because the mattress was too firm for us but that’s just our preference. Other than these couple of very minor things we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze. The location of the condo is not overly crowded with traffic which is nice. Close to a lot of stores. We actually walked to Walmart. Nice ice cream shop right across the street. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Nice little vacation

The place was nice! We had a good time enjoying the beach and pool! My only issue was the pillows smelled of sweat to me so I went out and bought my own pillow other than no complaints at all. Dry nice place to stay!

Always a great place to stay!

This is our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as last year! The location is super convenient, and the beach in front of the property is not crowded at all if you come after spring break! We will be back!

From checking in to checking out everything was wonderful! So clean and everything works just like it should. The past 3 times staying at PCB the condos were well less than what's deserved for the amount paid. Tina's place is well above and beyond . Thank you for allowing us to stay. We'll be back next year.

Really like the Ocean Villa condos. Excellent location, plenty of HEATED pools and hot tub. Units have great large balconies. Great communications with owner and unit was as depicted. Stayed for 6 weeks in Jan / Feb and would stay again.

Perfect Winter Vacation

Great condo!

The condo is exactly as described. Great veiws of the beach/gulf. Clean and comfortable bedding and furniture. The included beach service is great, but expect canopies and umbrellas to block views from your chair on the weekends.

Best Condo We've Ever Stayed In

We've been visiting Panama City Beach for 8 years now, with and without our children. We have stayed at a different place every visit...until now. We have been so impressed with the cleanliness, the location, everything about this property that we have already booked it for next year's vacation. The only problem we had is that it was already booked for our June dates so we had to find somewhere else to stay for that visit. We HIGHLY recommend using Tina and her condo for any future stays!

We vacationed at Oceanvilla a few times before our purchase, we loved the convenience of shopping and entertainment, the parking garage, elevators and pool area. I especially loved the big balconies and wide beach area.
