Enjoy memorable vacations at The Blue Lagoon - a waterfront condo with a nautical theme overlooking the channel in Little Harbor. Relax on the balcony and watch the sunrise as well as dolphins play in the channel that flows from The Gulf of Mexico. Experience our private beach, two restaurants, pools, modern gym, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, corn-hole, playground, park, marina, fishing, dinner cruises and water sports, and delight in some of the best sunsets and live entertainment at this convenient location. Golfing is at a nearby golf club.
THE SPACE. A host-loaned returnable key fob is provided for pool, gym and pier access. There is an $80 replacement charge.
You will self check-in and enjoy a beach theme in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo which has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and robust WI-FI. Fondly known as The Blue Lagoon, it is located at The Inn at Little Harbor, is decorated in hues of blue and has an aura of rest, peace, and relaxation. It is perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, as well as a mini fridge for your convenience. T
GUEST ACCESS
Guests are provided with a door entry code on the day of arrival. The entry door is self-locking - please do NOT turn the latch on the back of the door at any time. This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a second floor unit with a private balcony that can be accessed only from inside the condo. Parking is free with parking areas in the front, side and back of the condo. Guests are required to retrieve a parking permit from the desk drawer and keep it on their dashboard during their stay.
OTHER
This is a pet-free, vape-free and smoke-free unit. We cannot allow pets per condo association rules and due to allergies. We cannot allow smoking and vaping due to owner allergies. We advertise these policies to help guests who have allergies and health issues. There is a $250 fine in violation of these policies,

Hello and welcome to my VRBO listing of The Blue Lagoon. I moved from New York to the Tampa Bay Area in May 2019 and fell in love with Little Harbor. Luckily, I was blessed to purchase two condos (The Blue Lagoon and The Artful Nook). I am happy to share this quaint seaside community with you. I welcome you as my guest, wish you an enjoyable stay, and invite you to come back again and again. It will always be my pleasure to host you.

Little Harbor is a unique community in Ruskin - the air, sea, wildlife, beautiful plants, trees and flowers are refreshing. There is so much to do in addition to relaxing in the peaceful air-conditioned comfort of The Blue Lagoon or The Artful Nook, or sitting on the patio enjoying the antics of dolphins playing in the channel. Little Harbor offers water sports, fishing, dinner cruises, swimming, kayaking, basketball, pickleball, corn-hole, tennis, gym-time, golfing at a nearby resort....and more. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and on-site restaurants offer good food and live entertainment. Little Harbor is magical.

The dolphin and manatee sightings in the inlet that runs from The Gulf of Mexico is an uplifting and magical experience. Little Harbor is also conveniently located. The property is within 45 minutes of Tampa International Airport as well as Busch Gardens. Other off-site attractions within reasonable driving times include Busch Gardens, The Tampa Zoo, Florida Aquarium, The Dali Museum, The Manatee Viewing Center, YBOR city, The Alley (for bowling).
