We had a great stay. Saw dolphins from our balcony. And once actually saw a manatee. The studio was towards the end of the complex, so it was quiet and had very little traffic. The kitchen had a little of everything you might need.

Perfect for a one-person short trip. I really enjoyed the balcony and lustenibg to the water.

Great view

The location was great, not too close to the city; it was quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had was they put down new flooring in the room, which smelled of glue, but other than that, it was delightful restaurants close. We saw dolphins in the water, and the people were friendly.

Nice for a short visit

We were in Florida for a gymnastics meet. This place allowed great relaxation between obligations. My only suggestion - please provide more TP. I understand that you are not a hotel, but two extra small rolls is just annoying.

Fun in Florida

We loved this VRBO. Quiet area out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, but close enough to enjoy the city. The place was super cute and very clean. We had one issue, but Carmen took care of it right away. The pool area was wonderful. And we even saw dolphins in the canal!!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It was close to the beach and there was a yummy bar and grill right down the street. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carmen!!!

Carmen was extremely responsive and her emails very helpful. One of the things I am most grateful for, is that since we were driving up in the morning from South Florida (about 5 hrs) to go to a 11:30 AM wedding on the beach, Carmen generously allowed us to check into our room earlier than the standard 4 PM, so we didn’t have to freshen-up in a Walmart bathroom before the wedding. So, we were extremely grateful for the early check-in. The room was neat and clean, and adequately supplied for our 3 night stay. We saw the dolphin and manatees from the balcony and parking lot. We did not really explore the area of Ruskin so I cannot comment. Thank you, Carmen! Oh, one more thing: Somehow, I forgot to bring our coffee — so we were very grateful that Carmen had supplied a package of coffee for us to use that first morning. Then we were easily able to go to Publix and Walmart and get coffee. Thank you, for the coffee, Carmen!

Everything was as expected, except the kitchen area was very dark. Could use some lighting over the kitchen area. The over range microwave light didn't work

home away from home

Carmen Made my stay so easy and pleasurable. Beautiful accommodations. Restaurants/live music 3 min walk from location. Laundry onsite. Pop machine onsite. Room. Was beautiful and modern. Comfy bed and pillows. Balcony facing the water watching the boats come and go early in the morning and throughout the day. Manatee swim right in front of you. I give this place 10/10. I will be definitely returning. I will not stay anywhere else in Tampa bay. PERIOD!!!!!

The property was great to honor my children’s father during Father’s Day weekend. We saw dolphins. Enjoyed the sunset had great food nearby. Great company would definitely stay again.
