A Relaxing Coastal Getaway. Enjoy all that the seaside village of Little Harbor Resort has to offer. Privately owned and managed. Newly UPDATED Coastal Inspired studio/condo.

Enjoy 2 heated pools, hot tub, and private beach with beach chair and umbrellas rentals. A Boaters Paradise~ with Two Marinas, Boat Club rentals, Charter fishing, Water Sport Rentals such as Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards and jet skis on the beach and 2 waterfront restaurants, Tiki & Sports Bars with Live entertainment on select nights.

Our end unit at "THE INN at Little Harbor Resort" is perfect for a little getaway in old Florida. Nice for peace and relaxation or fill your days with water activities and adventure.

We have recently updated the unit with fresh paint and a deep clean. You will find a Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, small Kitchenette with ALL NEW small appliances: Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave and mini fridge.(other than the microwave, no cooking availability) Two NEW queen beds and mattresses, high quality linens and towels. All windows have NEW custom roll shades for privacy. USB ports and electrical outlets in all 3 new nightstands. This unit is on the second floor of a two story building (no elevator, must use stairs).
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee with peaceful water views from your private balcony and possible dolphin and manatee sightings. Walk to the beach and enjoy dinner at Sunset Grill or drinks at the Tiki bar while taking in the spectacular sunsets on the beach.

As a reminder this is not a hotel, this unit is privately owned and managed and therefore there is no daily maid service or housekeeping.

We take pride in our unit and we hope you will do the same by keeping it tidy at the end of your stay.

Damage to the unit or items with in will result in additional charges- see Damage Deposit required.

Short and sweet stay

This was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Fishing was fantastic and this cute place was the perfect way to relax after a long day fishing. Kim was an amazing host and we are so grateful we chose this property to stay at!

Great Times

Kim - we really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the channel behind the unit. Great spot for breakfasts on the porch.

A little slice of heaven

The place was absolutely perfect! My wife and I enjoyed our time here. When we picked up my mother in law, she loved it too. The beautiful view and the sunrises in the morning, along with seeing dolphins and manatees popping up in the bay occasionally…everything was just top notch. An easy drive to Sarasota or Tampa or Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches and fun shopping all within 30-60 minutes. You won’t regret booking a stay here!

Love this place! Kim is the sweetest, kindest, caring host! She had everything we needed there and added personal touches. She even left us a beautiful vase of flowers for our retirement. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you so much Kim!

Wonderful setting and great unit

This was our 4th place to stay in Florida during our vacation and it was our favorite. Great price point and the setting is delightful. Water on both sides of the unit. The deck was a perfect place to read or play games. Loved the beach, rented an umbrella and chairs and the guys were super attentive. The unit was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. Kim was great at communicating with us. This was definitely one of the nicer VRBO, we have rented, and I would definitely recommend it. I also liked that it wasn’t a super crowded area like the Keys or Tampa/St. Pete!

Perfect Relaxation

Such a slow moving weekend filled with lots of experiences. My girls made lots of new friends who were visiting the beach for the day or their grandparents for the weekend. Everything was within walking distance except for the super market which was just a short drive. The beach was great for us - lots of passing boats, live sand dollars & hermit crabs. The distant sound of the music from the nearby restaurant & low population of beach goers made it feel like it was just for us. The water was shallow so we could learn to paddle board. The dolphins in the canal behind us & sunrises right outside our window made it a great experience. The room was perfect & all the amenities by the owner were spot on. We hope to return (soon).

Exceptional host with the perfect spot to slow down and relax

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for our little family of 3. Everything was cute and clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve slept in away from home! We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony while sipping our coffee, gathering seashells from the beach and watching the sunset from the fishing pier. We also tried both restaurants and they were great! Kim was an exceptional host! She made the renting process so easy and enjoyable. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us wonderful recommendations to make the most out of our stay. We were so surprised to find a basket of snacks and some beach stuff for our son when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we really appreciated it! Kim was wonderful and her place is great! We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our getaway to Little Harbor. Kim was a fantastic host. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. The condo was clean and well organized. We enjoyed sitting on our private balcony, watching the dolphins and boats go by. we will definitely be coming back to Little Harbor!

The Beckers have created a haven at the water! Their unit is spotlessly clean and right on the water with breathtaking views. Watch the beautiful sunrise and dolphins swim from your balcony! The small extras that are provided with this unit make a huge impression. Can't wait to go back!

The view was the best. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and drinking coffee was awesome. Everything was there for us towels toiletries. It was a great place to stay.

Oasis

My sister and I stayed for an extended weekend, and Kim thought of everything to make us comfortable and well accommodated. The beds were super comfy, everything was exceptionally clean, and we have a beautiful view. We were very happy to see that she had a set of table with chairs that were high enough to see over the railing rather than a View through the bars on the railing. She walked us through locating the property as our GPS kept taking us in the wrong direction. She was very accessible when we had questions was quick responses. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Relaxing getaway

We loved this place. Everything was so clean and neat when we arrived. We loved the book of nearby attractions and restaurants. And we had fun using the pickle ball racquets and balls at the courts on property!! We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the boats and birds navigate the quiet waters. Every evening we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and bright sun rises! We would definitely return!!!

We are the original owners of unit 411 at The INN and have just recently taken over the managing of it ourselves. We love our little place in Little Harbor and everything that it offers. Our kids have grown up playing on the beach, making sand castles, swimming in the pools and recently moved on to renting boats and fishing off the pier. Our condo's balcony has always been a source of solitude, watching for dolphin, manatees and Florida's Fowl. We have spent over 30 years in the travel industry and are grateful for the opportunity to travel the globe and still find our place at Little Harbor a perfect place for a peaceful little getaway.
