We are renting out our vacation home located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre. <br><br>The house is an old farmhouse set in a 4,000 m² wooded garden, with no immediate neighbors, just below the small village of Puyguilhem. <br><br>In the first part of the house.<br>–A large living room and 60 m² kitchen with two fireplaces.<br>–On the first floor, two 17 m² bedrooms with 160 beds. A small bedroom with a 120 bed completes this floor.<br><br>In the second section. <br>-One bathroom and one shower room. <br>–3 toilets.<br>–A living room.<br>–A game room.<br>–2 bedrooms with 160 beds. <br>–1 bedroom with 2 160 beds. <br><br>In the garden:<br>– A 12x4 saltwater pool with a safety cover and fencing. <br>– A pool house.<br>– A barbecue.<br>– A swing.<br>– A southeast-facing terrace and another facing due west for sunsets.<br><br>Near the house you’ll find:<br>–The Gulf of Vigier, 5 km away.<br>–The Village of the Plum Trees (Buddhist village).<br>–Numerous independent winemakers.<br>–La Bastide d’Aimer, 15 minutes away.<br>–Bergerac and its airport, 25 minutes away.<br>–Saint-Émilion, 50 minutes away.<br>–Bordeaux, 1 hour and 20 minutes away.<br>–The Lascaux Caves, 1 hour and 30 minutes away.<br>–Sarlat, 1 hour and 30 minutes away.<br>–The nearest beaches are about 130 km away.
