In a Haussmann style building, my apartment, entirely renovated with taste in 2017, offers you a cosy and chic atmosphere for your stay. Ideal for 2 or 3 people.

The living room has a sofa bed as well as a dining area where you can eat thanks to the table and 4 chairs present. The windows of the living room give on a very calm court raised although we are in the heart of Paris.

The kitchen area is fully equipped to make your stay more pleasant. In addition, you will find a small grocery store for your extra shopping as well as many other amenities just a few steps from the building.

The access to my apartment is very simple thanks to its particularly strategic location. It is both close to the main Parisian places of life (Place Monge, Place de la Contrescarpe, Rue Mouffetard,...) and to the main tourist sites (Le Jardin des Plantes, the Pantheon, the Arènes de Paris, Notre Dame, the Seine,...).

Numerous transports are at your disposal near the apartment:

Metro lines 7 and 10, the Austerlitz train station and bus lines 67, 89 and 24.

You will be able to access this apartment through a private entrance and within the apartment you will have access to all its services at your disposal.
