One of Folly's Best! This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom corner condo is located in luxury community of Mariner's Cay. Tennis courts and pool are available for use during your stay and a lovely view of the river, marina, and marshes that extend for miles. The sunsets from this unit are something you do not want to miss! There is a wraparound porch perfect to take in the surrounding sights. It can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has upgraded granite counter tops and a laundry closet with brand new washer and dryer. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes. Stroll over the bridge onto Center Street and find all the restaurants and shops Folly has to offer! This location cannot be beat! The neighborhood has a gated entrance. *This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property** Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. Clean Sweep does not allow pets. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Loved the screened in porch and view of marsh

Very nice property that suited our needs very well. Very comfortable. Liked layout. Particularly appreciated the porch and amazing view of the marsh.There were a couple things that could be improved upon. Very disappointed with the poor cable plan with only a few channels. Couldn't even get weather channel which is a must at the beach. We tried to stream our own Xfinity plan from home but weren't allowed to by tv (according to error message). We were able to use other streaming services but no live tv.Door to dishwasher will not stay open which means it has to be held open while trying to load dishes.Shower handle in secondary bath seems to have been installed upside down which makes it difficult to adjust water temp for shower.Despite these inconveniences, we had a nice visit and enjoyed the unit.

Wonderful Time

Exactly as described, beautiful condo,amazing sunsets,and the added plus an elevator.Also, I fell in love, with of all things, the cookware. I had to order a set for myself when I returned home.Overall, truly wonderful time,visiting with my son,and daughter-in-law, and of course my beautiful grandchildren.

Fantastic balcony

This location had one of the best balconies in the complex that wrapped around the west/northwest side on the second floor. Great sunset view that spanned the horizon. The king and queen bedrooms were on opposite ends and this made for nice privacy. Even though the second bathroom was not attached, it was still very private and accessible. This was very good for two couples. Some of the furniture had seen better days, but it was clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

Fantastic Views and Location

This was the perfect getaway for a sister birthday trip. Great location near the beach but not too far from Charleston. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The screened in porch with beautiful mast views was our favorite part. The only negative was that this condo was in a gated community. We were not given instructions on how to enter the gate when we arrived.

Beautiful sunsets

The property is lovely although at night it was hard to find the keypad for the gate. I also was looking for a unit number and it was the actual address which I thought was the address of the entire complex. The unit is on the second floor, not the first but it was great to have an elevator though. It advertises the beach is a 15 minute walk, I don't think I could have even ran it in 15 minutes for it's a long ways to Folly Beach if that's the beach they are talking about. All in all we had an excellent stay and it was so enjoyable sitting on the screened in balcony watching the sunsets. If we go back to beautiful Folly Beach we will definitely stay there.

Great place

Perfect location. Wonderful views from the porch and second bedroom. Previous posts mention couch cushions don’t stay on very well. But other than that. Great place!!

Perfect Retreat

We cannot say enough good things about our visit. The views of the marsh were amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean and spacious. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown. We didn’t want to leave!

Family weekend at Folly beach

We enjoyed our stay, the appartment has a great view and good location. It is a quiet place. The appartment was very clean and the livingroom comfortable. However, the mattress at the main room felt very cheap and the blinds didnt work well. I think the host must improve this as sleeping well is key when you look for a weekend in the beach. It was overall a good experience.

Folly beach Vacation

Great location and place. Thought the pics might be misleading due to the address being 107, they are not. On the deck it’s like you are the only people in the area. You can not see another unit. It’s beautiful and so peaceful watching the tides rise and fall. Great trip!! Thank you.

Gorgeous Marsh Views- Beautiful Sunset

Great place, well-maintained and very clean. Met all of our needs and the porch and views of the marsh and sunset exceeded our expectations! Only recommendation would be some blackout curtains or shades for the front two bedrooms- they were very bright with the twin room having the exterior complex lights shining through all night. Would be easy enough to bring or rig something for future stays. We really enjoyed our stay!

1 week first trip to Charleston/Folly Beach

Location and property amenities were perfect for our family of 4. Easy walk to Folly Island Beach, which we did 3 different times during our 6 night stay with our two kids. Easy commute to Charleston. Pool and community members were great and often gave us tips or ideas on things to do in the area. There are 2 charcoal grills by the community pool that if we had planned properly would have been great to use. Only con is that it would be awesome to have more furniture, even simply a table, on the wraparound porch. Definitely a ‘less is more’ rental, which made packing up to go a ‘clean sweep’.

Amazing view!

5 night stay for our son's graduation. We all agreed that our favorite thing was the view and sitting on the screened porch. There is so much wildlife moving around and making beautiful noises all day long. The sunsets are incredible!! The condo has plenty of room for 6 people. Great location for access to Folly Beach and Charleston. You could walk to downtown Folly, but it's a stretch for a leisurely stroll. There is seating for 6, but the couches are not comfortable for sitting or napping as cushions (back and seat) do not stay in place. All mattresses were horrible and the master was the worst. I would guess the owners have never stayed here. AC can't be set below 72 degrees and there is only 1 stand fan and no ceiling fans in bedrooms and it was uncomfortable at night. There is a light outside the front door (can't be turned off) that is right outside a bedroom window. The curtain magnifies the light instead of blocking it and makes the room incredibly bright at night. Parking includes one numbered space and other cars must find a visitor spot, which was sometimes difficult as we had 3 cars with us. The keyless entry was easy and convenient and we appreciated that feature very much. All appliances worked fine and the washer and dryer were high-end and a pleasure to use. Mgmt company was friendly, quick to respondent left a note and amenities (tp, dish soap, a few garbage bags etc) Overall great but the beds make it a no go for a return stay.

Great view and location!

Very lovely condo. The wrap around porch provides a spectacular view. Condo was roomy and well equipped (except desperately needs better coffee mugs!!) We were mainly here because our daughter is at CofC, and the location is perfect for going between the beach and into Charleston. It is nicely secluded from the businesses of Folly, but such a short ride to get to the beach. We definitely look forward to planning some future stays!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. He proximity to Folly Beach & Charleston was nice

This property located on the beautiful marsh side of Folly Beach was a wonderful vacation getaway for our family. The condo was clean, roomy, and had nice amenities. The property managers left a nice welcome bag with trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, new sponge, & laundry detergent. Such a nice touch. We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony watching the wildlife around the marsh. The pool & tennis court areas in the complex were very nice. We liked the added security of the gated community & secure recreation areas, all of which were easy to access. We would recommend this property to others who would like to visit both Folly Beach & downtown Charleston.
