Tour de france

We rented this property as a base for exploring some of France and as it was close to 2 stages of the Tour. We had a lovely week and it was nice to come back each day to our comfortable apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Good Chalet for Friends

Super nice place and super host. Few things were missing vs listing but Jeremy has been super helpful to help us timely. Only thing to mention is with toddlers/small kids the stairs of the house can be a bit narrow and scarry! But we enjoyed our stay in this lovely chalet nonetheless!

Great ski trip

Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!

The house was just 2 min drive from the Express lift to Val Thorones, however we were very surprised by not having towels at the property, neither soaps. The steps leading to the property were very steep and dangerous and the railings for the steps on the first and second floor were unsteady. Our feet walking on the floor were black and, in general, the house was not well cleaned.

Dishonest host, poor quality apartment, good location.

Heater broke several times, electricity went down every time tries to cook - we had to turn off tv etc to make it work. One shower leakered through ceiling, the other shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and didn't drain. The stairs were very steep and the banister is wobbly and unusable. A wooden on the wall by table football fell off when we got there. We told Jérémy about the problems when he visited in person, however he did not resolve any of the issues. Finally, he accused us of causing existing damage to the property. A bad host, if you stay here make sure you document everything when you arrive.

Maison parfaite pour nos 2 familles! Spacieuse, bien chauffée, bien équipée! L’accès à la station de ski d’Orelle est facile! Le propriétaire est accueillant et réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils pour le séjour!

Großartiges Feriendomizil in ruhigem Bergdorf

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Es liegt in dem idyllischen Bergdorf Orelle mit perfektem Zugang in das fantastische Skigebiet der 3 Vallées. Die Talstation der modernen Gondel ist vom Haus aus gut erreichbar mit Skibus oder Auto, aber auch zu Fuß ist der Weg dorthin durchaus machbar. An der Talstation gibt es die Möglichkeit, Skischränke zu mieten, so dass man Ski und Skischuhe dort lassen kann. Das Dorf ist beschaulich und ruhig; Restaurants gibt es nur wenige. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in den nah gelegenen Nachbarorten. Der sympathische Eigentümer ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Excellent séjour!

Communication et accueil excellents de la part des hôtes! Magnifique séjour dans un appartement bien aménagé et très agréable. Les hôtes disponibles pour la moindre chose. Découverte d'un magnifique coin! Domaine d'Orelle parfait pour les débutants/intermédiaires - Val Thorens pour tous niveaux. Pour éviter les mêmes erreurs que nous : ne pas compter sur la navette qui ne passe qu'à 9h, soit trop tard pour des cours de ski à 9h30 à Orelle et il faut la réserver à l'avance (pas pratique) - il faut prendre la voiture (10 min de route max).

Un chalet très agréable, très bien équipé, propre, bien agencé et le petit plus : un baby foot. Un très bon accueil du propriétaire, à l'écoute et attentionné, une description très détaillée de sa part de toutes les activités possibles à faire. Je recommande vivement ce chalet.
