The second floor living area provides unparalleled 180 degree views of the gulf, dunes, as well as Camp Creek Lake. Spectacular upstairs and downstairs porches offer equally stunning views. This is one of the best locations in Watersound Beach, maybe 30A!
Space:
The condo is private, with incredible views. A chef friendly kitchen with Wofl oven is at your disposal. Stunning living room and 2nd floor master views looking out onto the water are to die for! Dining room right off the kitchen if you’re feeling like a sit down dinner. Cozy living room setting with stunning views through large windows flood the room with light. The upper porch is perfect for bourbon sipping (or beer drinking), eating a meal, and catching up with friends. Porch seating arrangement is 4 wonderfully comfy Adirondack chairs around a round table, as well as a sunny high-top table with two chairs. With it's picnic table and bench seating, the downstairs porch is great for a quick lunch or prepping to go to the beach.

Perks of the location: You are in a very quiet, non-touristy, private location with incredibly easy access to the 30As famous sugar sand beach, Camp Creek Lake, and all of 30A’s hot spots. If you need to unwind, a neighborhood stroll on the wooden walkways is a must!! Located in the middle of 30A, nothing is far. Rosemary, Alys Beach, SeaSide are all minutes away by car where you can experience some of the area’s best dining and shopping. This location is walking distance to the Hub / Big Chill, a family friendly venue with food and live music. Our Favorite Spots nearby: Bud & Alleys, George’s, Galleon's, GoatFeathers, Destin Ice Market, Pescado, Citizens, Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, and The Sugar Shak.
Your host is a Nashville native (who has owned and been frequenting 30A since 2003) and self-proclaimed foodie and happy to provide you with tips and recommendations for the best places to try, as well as the newest hot spots. We include tons of recs in our welcome package!
Getting around
The condo offers a single garage parking space, and a single parking space (parking pass required) outside of the garage. There is also limited pass parking immediately surrounding the condo.
There are numerous places to rent bikes, kayaks, and canoes. Guided services for hire are also available for those more adventurous.

Important things to note:
Please be sure to enter an accurate number of guests before making your reservation. Only your registered guests are allowed on the property / in the home for the duration of your reservation. Please, no unauthorized guests.
Also, we have 1 exterior security camera (Ring doorbell) located adjacent to the front entrance.
Watersound Beach Club facility and Watersound fitness center are not available as part of renting this unit.
VRBO House Rules
- 1. No parties or events.
- 2. No smoking. No smoking inside or on the porches.
If you must smoke, please go on a walk.
- 3. Be respectful of our neighbors. As amazing as the house and setting are, the neighborhood and views are the biggest perk of all, and respecting our neighbors and property is an utmost priority. With this in mind, no loud music inside the condo or on the porches. If you come in late please be mindful. Please park with care.
- 4. Guest agrees not to download and/or stream any illegal material on the home’s wifi.
- 5. No signs in the yard or decorations on the outside or porch.
- 6. No Glitter/confetti.
- 7. No Pets.
- 8. Stay off the dunes. There are wooden pathways throughout the neighborhood, and they provide direct access to the beach and pools. Walk on them, and stay off the protected dunes.
- 9. Follow all of the guidelines provided/posted by the Watersound HOA (walking on the dunes, access to the pools at night, lights on the porch at night, no towels/swimsuits hanging on porch railings, etc.)
- 10. Again, no parties or smoking.
- 11. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed on the premises or in the house, unless you request explicit permission otherwise.
- 12. Fees for additional guests:
Additional day guest - $100 per person per day
Additional day guest not disclosed - $150 per person per day
Additional night guest not disclosed - $200 per person per night
- 13. One exterior security camera (Ring doorbell) is located adjacent to the front entrance. The exterior camera will be on (i.e. motion activated).
