We are professional empty nesters from Atlanta coming down for long weekend (Tues-Sat). Dune Realty made the experience excellent. On the first day, the elevator was broken (our condo is on the 4th floor!), but it was fixed within an hour and no more interruptions. The pictures do not do #407 justice. The view is stunning from all sides. There are two master bedrooms with their own balconies overlooking the dunes/ocean. These lie on opposite sides of a living room-dining room-kitchen that you see in the pics. The third bedroom is 4 bunks with in-suite full bath with tub. Lots of wild birds and dragon flies in the dunes, so the morning is a symphony on the balcony. Nice light-blocking curtains on the windows, well-decorated. All the amenities in the kitchen you might need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. One thing: the dryer never got our clothes dry:( The condo is on the beach, but you have to walk/golf cart a short distance over to the dune walkway. Golf cart is included. but there are no chairs/umbrella. These can be reserved for $60/day through La Dolce Vita. Zach was super nice and helpful with LDV. There is a fairly nice fitness center that is $20 per day or $50 for 3 days. I understand there is a boot camp in a park in Rosemary beach just down the street and a crossfit close by as well. The pool and bar/restaurant on property looked lovely and lively, but we did not indulge. This location is perfect, quiet with good restaurants and shops close by in Seaside, Grayton, Rosemary. Most of the homes here are not rentals. #407 and 408 are on the dunes/beach with this view. Our new favorite!
