Great location!! Short walk to beach and Siesta Village. Plenty of room, beds are comfortable, has one very large bathroom and another small one but not sure where the 3rd bathroom is that was listed in the description. Pool was nice and relaxing, everything was clean. Only issue was the noise upstairs, the last night was the only night that I slept well because the people staying above us left so I advise bringing ear plugs

The place was very new and redone. All appliances, cook wear etc was great. Walking distance to store, liquor, basically everything you needed. Nice pool, outdoor seating

Everything is new!

This unit was completely redone after 2 hurricanes and everything is new. We stayed with our dogs in a 2-bedroom unit on the ground level. The owner did a great job getting everything ready and is very accommodating and available. The heated pool was enjoyable during January and February. The location is perfect- walk to the beach and the village, ride your bike to pickleball and around the Key.

Great discovery

Upon arrival, we felt at home immediately. More room than expected. Bedrooms were spacious and the master shower was huge. Plenty of seating in living room but the tv could have been a bit larger for a theater like experience. Overall great place to stay. Natty was a very good host! We will be back.

Spring Break 2023

Overall the property served our purposes. I was disappointed to find out how many units were on this property as that wasn't defined in the listing. Also, we had to purchase many things that I would've expected to be supplied by the owner. Second bathroom was scary, per my wife and daughter.

Great Location

The location of the unit was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, several restaurants, and shops including a market and liquor store. It was tastefully decorated and included beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart. The kitchen lacked normal items (that have been in other VRBO places) such as wine glasses, cutting board, and outdoor plasticware even though the rules specifically stated no glass at the pool. Also, the ventilation in the guest bedroom was poor which made sleeping tough because of the heat. A ceiling fan would have helped that problem. There are ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen; however, they did not work. The pool was nice with lots of seating and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Finally, the host was very responsive to an issue we had, and sent someone out early the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time and awesome weather which overshadowed the minor drawbacks.

Not Worth The Cost

I can't believe we spent over $700.00 a night to stay at the equivalent of an older motel in need of some serious attention to esthetics. I've stayed in many different Vrbo's thoughout the US and abroad and this one was by far the most run down. Now if I was paying $200-$300 a night it would be a different story, but the charges are just too high to justify what you get. The pros are the location can't be beat. Like a 2 min walk to the beach and maybe 5 mins tops to the village. The layout works well too, with the main bdrm on one side of the unit and the guest room on the other side separated by the kitchen and living rooms. The cons are that you're on the bottom floor so you can hear the upstairs renters walking around very audibly. There are like six other units in the building so you feel kind of crammed in with everyone, especially at the pool. And the worst con is just the overall condition of the unit. Worn down motel feel inside and out with miss matched everything. Again, I wouldn't have minded as much, but it isnt worth the cost.
