Beginners as confirmed will find an exceptional playground in the heart of a preserved Alpine environment.The village centre, called NDB 1150, is the ideal location to fully enjoy the resort with all shops, entertainment and services within easy reach. You will be seduced by the warm atmosphere, authenticity and typical Savoyard charm of this mountain village.In summer, the residence offers a swimming pool and a private tennis court, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Many marked trails leave in the immediate vicinity, and the Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, offers easy access to spectacular views of Mont Blanc.The surroundings also offer beautiful excursions, with Megève at 15 minutes, Chamonix at 50 minutes, and Annecy at about 1 hour drive. On the sixth floor its south facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the village, Mont Charvin and the slopes. Ski residence at foot, two minutes walk from shops and restaurants. In summer, large outdoor pool and private tennis at the residence. Description: - Kitchen open to the living room: 4 ceramic glass hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. - Living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. - Sleeps: a double bedroom with washing machine in the closet (140 bed), a bedroom with single bed (90), living room with a sofa bed (160). Bed linen equipped with duvets and pillows.- Bathroom- Separate toilets. * Ski shed. Lift until 5th. Non-private outdoor parking.*WIFI included.*Pets accepted (max 2)OUR OPINION: Very functional apartment. Very bright. Nice view. Large living room to meet with family or friends. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2023, along with its equipment.
