Magnificent 2 room apartment of 55 m² located on the 1st floor (which corresponds to the ground floor) of a small, quiet building 50 meters from the sea, on the outskirts of the famous Cap d'Antibes.
The residence is located in the heart of a one hectare park carefully planted with trees and flowers.
You can also enjoy a very beautiful outdoor swimming pool totally secure.
The apartment, fully air conditioned, offers:
- A pleasant, bright living room of 21m² (comfortable sofa, dining table, television, coffee table and a folding double bed with a real mattress hidden in a cabinet),
- A fully equipped 6m² kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob and fridge / freezer)
-A pretty bedroom of 12m² (double bed, wall-mounted television and large wardrobe),
all opening onto a large 38m² terrace overlooking a pretty wooded park. This terrace is fitted with a garden table to enjoy this beautiful exterior.
- A bathroom with a large shower and a basin with cupboard.
- A separate toilet
- A second wardrobe is located in the main corridor where you will find the washing machine and the dryer.
- A safe is at your disposal for your safety.
The apartment is equipped with generalized and / or individual electric shutters.
Shaded and closed outdoor parking (a beep will be provided) will be offered to park your vehicle safely in the park of the residence.

B for beautiful!

My wife and I really enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We were met by Karine who was so kind and waited for us after our flight was delayed. The accommodation was quiet, spotlessly clean, convenient for a relaxing walk into Anitibes, with a great bakery and small supermarket nearby. The air conditioning and pool were very welcome in the hot weather! Thank you Karine for being so kind and helpful and making us fell so welcome.

Magnifique appartement

Appartement très clair, lumineux, bien situé 50 m de la plage de la Salis, proche de tous les commerces, magnifique terrasse. Très très propre, fonctionnel rien ne manque tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Agréable piscine, vaste jardin bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont adorables, Karine est bienveillante J'ai hâte de revenir séjourner dans ce cocon de bonheur Merci

Séjour parfait

Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant 3 semaines et nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour. L’appartement est moderne, propre et très bien entretenu. Il se trouve dans une très belle copropriété, au calme, mais proche des plages et des commerces. Les propriétaires ont tout fait pour un accueil chaleureux et un séjour agréable (lit bébé, lecteur dvd, …). Nous considérons y retourner l’été prochain. Merci encore pour cette belle éxpérience !

Super appartement.

Appartement très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied, commerces, plage, balades dans le vieil Antibes. Très propre, fonctionnel et une terrasse spacieuse. Le propriétaire ainsi que sa fille et petite-fille qui nous ont accueillis très sympathiques avec toutes les explications pour passer un bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent.

Propriétaire très accueillante. L'appartement est idéalement placé, lumineux, décoré avec goût avec une grande terrasse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour très proche de la plage et non loin des ruelles, du marché du vieil Antibes, le tout, à pieds, que du bonheur. A conseiller +++.

War ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben diese Wohnung Ende Juli für zwei Wochen gemietet. Wir waren die ersten Mieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Der Balkon ist sehr gross und man hat den Blick auf einen schönen grünen Garten (genau wie auf den Bildern). Wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon genossen (Tipp: Mückenspray darf nicht fehlen). Strand Ponteil liegt in unmittelbare Nähe, ca. 3 Minuten Fussmarsch. Wir fanden die Lage perfekt, der Altstadt und umliegende Geschäfte waren sehr schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und die Matratzen bequem. Die Küche ist neu und modern und bietet alles was man so braucht. Das einzige was uns an der Wohnung gestört hat, war das Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer. Wir hätten uns für unsere Kinder (Alter 16 und 15) zwei Einzelbetten gewünscht. Die Matratze ist bequem aber für zwei Personen etwas knapp. Trotzdem konnten die Kinder gut schlafen da die Wohnung geräumig und Luftdurchflutet ist. Philippe und seine Tochter Karine waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft.
