The Space:

Snow hushes the evergreens outside tall windows while the warmth of an indoor fireplace gathers everyone back together. You can come in from the cold, shake off boots by the door, and settle into deep, shared spaces made for slow mornings and long evenings. Later, the steam rising from the hot tub on the rear deck turns the winter air into something soft and bright under the stars.



Living spaces

The open-plan main floor is designed for connection, with comfortable seating arranged around the indoor fireplace and high ceilings that let natural light pour in. When the group wants a quieter moment, a media den offers a snug spot with a TV, games, and an easy place to unwind. For friendly competition, head to the garage for table tennis, foosball, and darts.



Sleeping arrangements

With room for up to 12 guests, the home offers six bedrooms spread across three levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath-shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another provides a king bed and ensuite. A powder room sits nearby for convenience. On the lower level, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bath-shower combo.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for group meals, with stainless steel appliances and a dedicated space where guests can cook. A breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table seats ten, making it easy to linger over dinner after a day out and keep conversation flowing.



Outdoor living

Two decks extend your time outside. The wrap-around balcony includes a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, while the rear deck is home to the hot tub overlooking the yard. In winter, the contrast of cold air and warm water makes the hot tub especially inviting, whether you step out for a quick soak or take your time between rounds.



Work, comfort & practical details

High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work when needed, and the washer and dryer help keep longer stays simple. You’ll have self check-in with a smart lock, plus free parking garage on premises. For added peace of mind, the home includes home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher, along with a safe.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
