1 living room SEA VIEW with a sleeping area consisting of a large bed for 2 people with duvet, and a sitting room with TV, sofa overlooking the terrace with sea view -
1 kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven -
1 small room with 1 bed of 1 person with duvet, SEA VIEW -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -

Private parking at the residence. Electric heating. Simple comfort. Terrace furniture. Washing machine. Average condition (maintenance, painting). Entrance residence on the hillside with some steps.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

Seule la vue est top. Le logement et les équipements sont des annees 70. Électricité pas aux normes, pied et parasol cassés.

Excellent séjour de 14 jours. L'agence Le Guillouzer est très professionnelle et les échanges ont été très faciles. L'appartement, bien que resté aux normes électriques d'il y a vingt ans, et avec une déco un peu passée, est très agréable de par sa position. Il est correctement équipé, avec une vue superbe sur la plage, sans vis à vis. La description de l'annonce est globalement conforme. Il faudrait juste revoir quelques bricoles que nous signalons à l'Agence. La terrasse est un énorme plus, avec son mobilier de jardin et sa vue remarquable. Partiellement abritée, elle permet de prendre ses repas dehors même lorsqu'il bruine (eh oui, cela arrive en Bretagne). Seul point négatif : les bruits de l'appartement du dessus sont un peu pénibles (WC au milieu de la nuit ...), percussions d'origine inconnue pendant plusieurs minutes, style marteau-piqueur, deux fois en une semaine. Pour les personnes qui ont un problème de mobilité, il faut tout de même monter 72 marches depuis la plage pour arriver à la résidence, mais il y a un banc sympa pour faire une pause au milieu. Nous sommes septuagénaires et cela ne nous a pas causé de problème. Pas besoin de faire l'éloge de la région, l'une des plus belles de Bretagne !
