Modern equipped house with nice views in a quiet neighborhood. The beds have top quality. Everything looks as if it was used for the first time. We can highly recommend and would like to come back.

Awesome Family Vacation

We rented the Cosey Beach Avenue House from June 30, 2025 until July 7, 2025. We had the best family vacation ever! We had never been to the East Haven Shoreline before. What a delightful surprise. It is a hidden gem. I wanted a place close by to make it easier for family members to come and go as needed. The location was perfect. Cosey Avenue was a lovely Avenue with ice cream and two restaurants within walking distance. The private beach was a street away. A short distance away was the Town Beach complete with a volley ball net, pavillion, playground and splash pad. It was a great walking area. Quiet beach neighborhood. We were across the street from the ocean. The house was spotless. Dish detergent, bathroom soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom cleaning spray , shower shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were all provided. The upstairs shower had the most refreshing water pressure . What a delight! All bedding was crisp and white. Beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. There was both a great game table and dining room table for gatherings. Great outdoor shower! Beach chairs both sand and camp chairs were provided. There was a wagon which made it easy to transport items to the beach. Two grandsons fished from the shore on the private beach. There was a great raft in the water that adult family members and kids swam to and hung out. There was another large mat that you could float in the water and kids played on. There was also a paddle board. My adult children and grandchildren had the best vacation ever! This Beach House was definitely a hidden gem along the East Haven shoreline.

Only Good Things to Say

This place is as advertised, a few steps from the beach and a two-minute walk from the Lobster Shack. We had the best time. The house is clean, well appointed. We particularly appreciated lots of spices and oil for our use. There was a beach wagon - great for pulling grandbabies to the nearby beach with a playground - beach chairs. I can't think of anything we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Lots of empty closet space to put our stuff.

6 of us stayed here for a music festival. The location, fantastic! Ocean views, check. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen supplies....no amenity was overlooked. Happened to meet owner when were checking in. He was great. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Great great place for a few nights or longer. Wush we were here longer.

Truly cozy

Great stay at this rental. Clean, well appointed, close to beach. Perfect sleepy costal community to relax. I would recommend more curtains/blinds in the main living area for privacy at night. Also, TVs not hooked up
