The Atlantic Ocean is just 2 blocks away!! This is a large 4th-floor three-bedroom, two-bath condo with lots of amenities and a building elevator for your convenience. The condo is situated against a backdrop of quiet and private natural Florida estuary, viewed from the 2 private balconies. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and Space X launches! The spacious living room and balcony provide plenty of space for fun and entertainment. Lounge on the leather sofas and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, with a CD/DVD player and full Internet service. The living area features an open floorplan with an adjoining dining area hosting a six-person dining table. This is in addition to convenient kitchen counter seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare and enjoy meals in comfort.
The first bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV. These bedrooms share a bath. The Master Suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the natural estuary, a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.
Leave your car in the garage, gather the beach toys in the rolling beach cart and walk the two blocks to the beach by way of the Ocean Walk designated walkway. Or, enjoy the two heated pools, exercise rooms, tennis court, movie room, and walking trail offered exclusively by the Ocean Walk community. The security gate and daily security personnel insure the safety of all guests.
