This was a deceiving stay from beginning to end! First of all the unit is five bedrooms, but there is not five distinct bathrooms! It is more of a jack and Jill set up! Second, the place was dirty! The walls were scuffed, the bathrooms were not clean, nor was the kitchen or refrigerator! The outdoor furniture was completely disgusting on the balcony! There was mold and so much dirt that it couldn’t be sat in! This entire day was a complete disappointment from my credit card, being overcharged, to an inaccurate description of the unit, to it being completely dirty! It totally was not worth the price… I would encourage you not to waste your money!

The issues you described — the bedroom/bathroom layout not matching your expectations, the cleanliness concerns (scuffed walls, unclean bathrooms, kitchen and refrigerator), and the condition of the balcony furniture — are unacceptable. I’ve forwarded your comments to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate inspection and deep cleaning; we will remove or replace outdoor furniture if it cannot be fully sanitized. I’ve also asked our reservations team to investigate the billing concern and will review the listing description and photos to ensure the bedroom and bathroom configuration is clearly and accurately presented. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We regret that your stay was disappointing.

The house and location was great. The host initially told me that there was remote control missing for the main TV and they would replace it the day we checked in or the next day. Unfortunately, that never happened. I called, texted and emailed. Not once did I hear back from them. Also, the neighbor/owner of the house 316 made it clear that he doesn’t like renters. Out of nowhere he tells me that he calls the police all the time and has cars towed. Again, the house is great but not sure about the neighbors

Nice stay in Myrtle Beach

Stayed for a week during college baseball team spring training. House was perfect for our group of parents. Location was great for getting to the fields and proximity to the beach. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would rent again!!

Annual family fall vacation

This property was everything we wanted for our annual fall family vacation! The layout worked perfectly for our family. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We'll definitely return!

Everyone loved it especially my mom. They want to book same space next year as we do thanksgiving on the beach every year.

Very happy with the house. Had some trouble with the fridge the first night (wasn't keeping cold), but after fixing the temperature and leaving it closed overnight, it worked well the rest of the trip. Couldn't find the dvd player for the movies, but overall a great stay.

Old friend’s gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. BUT The unit had some toilet issues that were annoying. The locking system on one door didn’t work and there was no remote for the garage so we didn’t use it. There was a BUNCH of garbage in the back that didn’t get taken care of for several days. It was okay but not perfect. We had good time anyway.

Unexpected events

We arrived like we were asked to do around 4. The text and the link the management company provided had no code to get in so I had to contact management firm to get that taken care of. After entry, the house was cold and thermostats set to 54 degrees. Water covered the floor in the kitchen and the refrigerator was frozen on both the fridge sides and water was pouring out. The management company knew we were coming and no one from the company came out to prepare the house for our arrival or they would have noticed what we witnessed. The company then went on to tell us that maintenance would come out the next day. We had to clean the water up, pull the fridge out to shut off the water to it We also had to keep running up and down stairs to get food and beverages out of the downstairs fridge until it was fixed the next day. All of this inconvenience and the management made no efforts to compensate us for what we did in cleaning all that water up. The only thing they did was send maintenance out the next day which was another inconvenience . So cold in the house with the heat not set for us upon. I sent them pictures of the frozen fridge and the thermostats showing the temp in the house.
