Perfectly situated in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood of Kerrisdale, this newly furnished one bedroom with 2-bed suite features its own dedicated private entrance for total privacy. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, private in-suite laundry, and hassle-free free street parking. Whether you are visiting UBC, heading downtown, or arriving from YVR Airport, our transit-linked location makes getting around Vancouver effortless.

Our neighborhood is a relatively bike-friendly part of the city with dedicated bike lanes and bike routes.

Our property sits just off the bicycle route, offering easy access for cyclists. You can explore the best of Vancouver and visit iconic sights, explore vibrant neighborhoods, and enjoy Vancouver’s natural beauty by following these featured bike routes. We have a plenty space to store your bikes.

This basement suite has one bedroom offers a full size bed and a sofa bed for extra guests. The unit has its own entrance and independent space. You can enjoy amenities like high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic appliances.

The property is close to everything:
- 10 min drive to UBC,
- 15 min drive to YVR airport,
- 15 min drive to Downtown Vancouver,
- 5 min walk to bus stops ride to Canada Line skytrain station, downtown, UBC and Richmond.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is well situated, clean and is fully equipped. The owners are incredible people and any issue is resolved in minutes. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

The location made it easy to get to all that Vancouver has to offer. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet too. The suite itself has a modern kitchen and cozy bedrooms. We had a very nice stay.

Basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all the city has to offer. It is close to UBC and relatively close to the Kitsilano Beach area. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. The main shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom and apartment entry. The two rooms offer separate sleeping areas that have been thoughtfully set up for potential use as shared spaces as well - offering an office space (i.e., desk) or table for 4 to sit and eat, and sitting areas to relax. I would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, never saw a neighbor, rarely a stranger on a walk. Felt super safe. Lots of bus stops near by which we utilized heavily.Small space and short ceilings as you can expect in Vancouver. But good enough for a couple or two. Don’t book if you measure over 6’5” in height. Very fair price, would consider booking again.
