Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed/4.5 bath located in the desirable Bright Coves! Sky blue heated pool, your own private dock,10 min walk to 'The Spit' Beach, separate guest suite and gourmet kitchen!! Add in the hot tub and outside shower and your vacation is complete!!
As part of New Seabury, you will enjoy all the community has to offer.
Sample the local flavor at the Popponesset Marketplace for quaint restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, and live music. There is yoga on the beach every morning, and other fitness programs available.

We are a family of four who spent seven years vacationing at this property with our family and friends. When it came up for sale we were really excited to purchase.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This house has seen our toddlers turn into teenagers and has benefited our family throughout the different age groups. We always rented the house as a 2 families (8 people in total) and then had grandparents visit as well. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax in privacy or to hang out as a group.
The kids love the Popponesset Market Place which is a lovely 20 - 25 minute walk away. The Market Place has something for everyone (mini golf, ice cream and candy, raw bar, live music some evenings, pizza, souvenirs, coffee, bike hire, beachwear).
You could take a yoga class 'on the Beach' and at The Commons. You could Kayak from our private dock into the spit and over to one of the many beaches or rent a boat.
If you don't want to venture out, the pool and hot tub are a lovely way to relax.
The kitchen is well equipped and with the addition of outside gas bbq should keep most foodies happy.
