Welcome to Sea Memories!

Freshly renovated and located right between the lagoon pool and beach entrance of Seacrest Beach! If you are looking for the perfect beach home, look no further. Sea Memories has been completely renovated. New paint inside and out. New furniture. New décor. New flooring. New outdoor seating area right off the 30a sidewalk. New quartz counters. New air condition units. New deck furniture. The new owners have completely transformed this great home. But this is only the beginning.

Sea Memories is a 4 bedroom/4 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 16 with two master bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own TV, and king size beds, en suite bath and a private balcony. On the second floor, the great room will provide your family and friends with plenty of seating and dining options for everyone, plus an open galley kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. Another bedroom with a king-sized bed also a single bed and trundle, television and private balcony is also on this floor. When you visit the top floor , you will find the beautiful vista of the Gulf of Mexico. This floor has 2 custom built bunks that are full over full mattresses and a full bathroom, the perfect hideaway for the kids! Sleeping total of 8 on the top floor.

Sea Memories is perfectly located. Just steps from the lagoon pools that Seacrest Beach is known for. But that’s just the beginning. It’s also within easy walking and biking distance to shopping and dining in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. Grab your morning coffee at the new Seacrest Sundries Coffee Bar. Pizza, seafood, Mexican, and burgers are all within walking distance. Save room for yogurt at Orange Leaf or ice cream at the Sugar Shack! Don't forget to visit the Rosemary Beach Farmer's Market on Sunday to stock up for the week ahead. For adventures farther afield, the area boasts 18 miles of bike paths, numerous state parks, a Tom Fazio golf course and deep-sea fishing.

A leisurely 15 minute car ride on scenic 30-A takes you to Seaside, the quintessential beach town where the Truman Show was filmed. There you can enjoy weekly outdoor movies, a Saturday Farmer’s Market, dining and unique shops. Speaking of shopping, a 15 minute ride to the East of our house will take you to Pier Park, a spectacular outdoor mall with shopping, more eating, a 16-plex movie theater and IMAX, and other tourist attractions.


This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. We saved the WIFI info for last. Yes, we have WIFI although we hope you will be able to disconnect from work and life back home. Remember, you are on a well-deserved vacation!

The property was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. The most disappointing was the situation with the beach. Even though we had access to it, you could not bring any wheeled items(cart, coolers, etc) There is only a very small section to setup if you brought your own chairs and umbrellas. It was completely full by 9am and no popup tents allowed. The 75.00 a day not including tip was prohibiting since there were 3 of us and needed 2 setups. This made the items from the Vacay company useless to us. Also, every bedroom had an exposed window that let in full sunlight, which was fine during the day, but not at sunrise at 5AM. The location was excellent for walking into both towns. Great restaurants and cute shops.

The restrictions regarding carts, personal setups, tents, and beach service are set and enforced by the resort and beach vendor rather than by our management team. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’ve planned to use your own beach gear. Great Stay

Perfect place for a vacation with friends and family. Convenient location in close proximity to the hot spots (restaurants/shops/live music/pool/beach a short walk away), and place was spacious and decently stocked. We also enjoyed Inlet beach, which was a 5min drive away and was less crowded than Seacrest and Rosemary beaches. Would stay here again!

Spring Break 2021

Sea Memories was an awesome home for our spring break with four teenage boys and their moms. Beautifully decorated and well stocked! The layout of the home was perfect for this trip and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Also quick walk to the beach!

Great Location

Quick walk to the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Easy bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach as well. Didn’t use our car once after we parked it.

The pool is shaped like a baseball diamond and has plenty of areas for kids and adults to relax and enjoy. We too love being across the street from the beach access. With the house being directly on the sidewalk, restaurants, shops and bars are a quick stroll, which means not having to hunt for parking, especially during peak season. Se are so happy that you enjoyed your stay.

Very comfortable home

Family vacation

Well furnished with All amenities. The beds were comfy. The only drawback for me was the patio furniture..not easy for family to sit together other than that it was great.close to the pool and beach and I really liked it was on the main road. I will definitely book the house again.

Convenient location!

I was not familiar with Rosemary Beach so I did not know what a great location this was. Restaurants and shopping are all less than a 5 minute walk. The house was spacious and would be great for a large family. It would not be considered luxury living but a perfect beach house to relax with kids. Lots of outdoor living areas too.

Great stay

This property was in a great location - very short walk to the beach and shops/Restaurants. The layout of the house is great for a family. It was great to have three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. My only complaint is carpets are really dirty and need to be cleaned. Also some of the outside doors are really hard to close. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed for 9 days while in town for a softball tournament and enjoyed the beach and pool during our downtime. The location is excellent; you can easily walk or bike to restaurants, shops, and the beach, so we never needed the complimentary shuttle.The house was stocked with the essentials, and when something was missing, the management company either provided it or told us where to find it. One thing I wish the home had was a small vacuum. With all hardwood floors, a vacuum would have made it much easier to keep the sand contained on the first floor instead of tracking it throughout the house.The home itself felt like a very basic rental. While it was functional and met our needs, it didn't feel particularly updated or luxurious, especially for the price point and location.Because the home is directly on 30A, there is constant road and pedestrian noise. If you're looking for a quieter stay, I'd recommend choosing a property farther inside the Seacrest community, even just across the street. We stayed on the first floor, and the AC unit in that area was very loud and made a sharp clicking sound every time it cycled on, which frequently woke us up.We also encountered quite a few spiders on the 1st & other bugs on the second floor. Additionally, the loft bedroom windows did not have curtains, so our daughter never felt comfortable changing in that room.Overall, the location is hard to beat, but a few updates and improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

I’m sorry the stay was impacted by the lack of a small vacuum, road/pedestrian noise on 30A, a noisy AC unit on the first floor, insects, and the loft windows lacking curtains. I also understand the unit felt more basic than expected for the price. We’ll have maintenance inspect the first-floor AC and address the clicking/noise, schedule pest control and ask housekeeping to be extra thorough, and add a small vacuum and window coverings in the loft. We’ll also review the listing language and the unit to identify updates that improve comfort and better set guest expectations about location and noise. Perfect Location!

This place was closer to the beach than I even realized. The community was beautiful and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go the entire time we were there. The place was beautiful and clean. The water pressure and temperature in the showers was amazing. We kept saying “this place is amazing”. The owner contact communicated clearly and quickly. This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples, but could’ve easily fit more. I want to stay here every time I visit 30A.

Proximity to the beach and pool were one of the first reasons that we fell in love with this house. When we did a complete renovation we installed new shower heads and are glad that you liked them, as there is nothing worse than trying to wash off a day at the beach with low-flow shower heads. The upstairs loft has a trundle-bed and fold-out sofa that sleeps 3 for future reference. We look forward to hosting your group again soon

Great location within Seacrest Beach

Can’t beat the location of this house! We loved being so close to walk right out to everything, especially over to the beach. We had amazing views to all the fireworks for the 4th from our patio. Having king beds in all the bedrooms was a huge plus for us and it’s nice that everything was stocked in the house that you would need to cook and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The only small complaint I have is I wish the cleaning company would have done a better job of getting cobwebs in the corners, especially in the bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here agin for the location and convenience to everything.

The house was moderately clean. The outdoor table was broken. The listing said no pets, but there was pet hair all over the furniture.

Unmatched location and amenities

Unmatched location and amenities with quick walk to the private beach, fantastic pool and shops. The house was very bare of basics like paper products and even trash bags. Be prepared if you are staying longer than 3 days, you will need to purchase extras! There was also an ant problem literally on every floor. We didn’t call to get it taken care of, but it was annoying especially because we kept things pretty clean and it was still a problem. All this and I would still give it five stars for the location and comfortable layout.

We have a regular pest control service, but ants in Florida are an issue and we will address this with our exterminator ASAP. The house comes with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, dishwashing/clothes washing detergents and trash bags but if you are staying with a large group for a week it is advised to bring extras. Spring Break 2022

We have stayed in this neighborhood two other times and absolutely loved it but this house at spring break was not ideal. Teenagers walk 30A all night yelling and cursing which kept us all up. My young daughter got to hear some choice words she has never heard before. The management company is impossible to get hold of. We never received our check-in instructions prior to the day of our arrival. Every time I tried to call I got a machine. I finally got someone to answer and was given horrible attitude. The other two properties we stayed in had our wristbands for beach access waiting for us when we arrived. There were no wristbands. I called and again had trouble reaching someone. When I finally did they assured me we did not need them for beach access. We loaded everything up only to be denied beach access because we didn’t have bands. Such an ordeal. The house was nice and we enjoyed the layout but a lot of the dishes we tried to use were dirty and needed to be washed. Never coming over spring break again and never staying with this management company nor in a house right off 30A.

We are so sorry that your stay was less than ideal. Spring break does bring in a large mature crowd and unfortunately it sounds like someone was using bad language in front of the house, which is beyond our control. You stated that other house had wristbands waiting for you upon arrival. What they were doing is leaving owner wristbands in the house for paying guests to use, and if so while more convenient for you, they were breaking the rules by bypassing the security procedures. Wristbands for beach and pool access for all Seacrest guests are supposed to be handed only by security, and it sounds like when you arrived they were very busy dealing with the large crowds. Instructions are emailed the day before arrival and are also located in the guest book inside the kitchen. We do wish that you would give our property another chance, perhaps at a time other than high school spring break.

A few things could be better

The house is very conveniently located and it covered most of our needs. However, no beach chAirs or umbrella were offered which is sort of basic for a house this kind; also fridge ice maker wasn’t working at all so we had to buy ice every other day and to top it , it wasn’t neither cooling properly the first couple of days .Although the cooling improved ,communication wasn’t clear - so we didn’t know if they came to fix it or what. Some of the sheets had stains and the house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned . Overall, I would suggest to focus on service to your guests and maintenance, the house is nice but I wouldn’t rent it again

I am sorry that you experienced any inconvenience while staying at Sea Memories. Per HOA rules we are not allowed to pre-rent chairs and umbrellas for our guests. Guests must rent directly with beach vendor LVD that provides them. The AC unit froze and we dispatched our technician to fix it ASAP. The house was just renovated inside and out and deep cleaned, but we will review our cleaning procedures to insure that it is nice and clean for our guests. Please consider staying with us again.
