Paradise in Napier

Promised stunning north-facing views and a beautifully-appointed private apartment, we weren't disappointed. This place was everything and more: spacious, private, really well finished interiors, a stunning outlook from the deck (the perfect place to view the sunsets), and convenient to both the northern and southern sides of Napier. While the hosts live onsite, they are the model of discretion and service, and we were delighted with the little treats that they had left to welcome us. This place gave us the perfect holiday location and we can't wait to return.

Perfect location with great views!

Loved staying here for a few days. It was easy to hike down to both the marina and beach sides. Photos are accurate but don't do the views justice. I didn't catch that the basic soaps provided didn't include body soap and shampoo for showering. Would definitely stay here again.

Memorable & stunning location

Immaculate and stunningly beautiful location, perched on a hill overlooking the water. Immaculate and everything you might possible need was available in the rental property.

Amazing view and classy stay

Absolutely loved coming home and waking up to the lovely view of the bay! Enjoying some wine while looking at the view was wonderful. Bed was comfy and really appreciated having a washer and dryer(even a drying rack) Was very nice to have the dedicated parking space and goodies on arrival as well.

Beautiful

Beautiful and stunning property overlooking the ocean. A gorgeous aspect enabling us to watch the sun go down each evening relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and a good book. The hot tab was a bonus. Everything you could wish for and more. The one drawback for us as ‘oldies’ was that the house was sited on top of a very steep hill. It was necessary to use the car. However with the property itself no complaints it is beautiful.

Best stay in NZ

We stayed in Denise's one bedroom apartment in Napier in Jan. '24. The unit was extremely spacious, well-equipped and the decor was modern, tasteful and comfortable. After a long day of biking, a soak in the hot tub was soothing and relaxing. Denise was prompt in responding and made some great recommendations for meals. The views and location were superb! All in all, wonderful value for a home away from home experience! The welcome wine and chocolate were unexpected and much-enjoyed treats!

A great place to stay

This is a spacious, warm and comfortable apartment in a wonderfully elevated and convenient location. This is a great place to stay whilst exploring Napier and the surrounding areas. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to our queries.

What a stunning location with stunning view. The property was neat and had all the features required for a great stay. We loved how it was close to all the local amenities. Loved the view and neighborhood

Bluff Hill is right above town, and this place has a lovely view of the water. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was well-equipped, and we loved having access to the hot tub. We had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful views and easy location

Great property with beautiful views. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were in town for a few days. Close to town and beautiful stay below owners property. Very private. Check in process was super easy. Would recommend.

Such a comfortable place

Denise was easy to deal with an answered all my questions in the lead up to us staying. The place was warm and welcoming with a great view and even the little things had been thought about. Disappointingly, we had to cut our stay short due to illness but definitely want to re-book and stay again
