Location was excellent. Quality of stay was great. Would have preferred fresh sheets and duvet provided how ever that was the only down side and was written clearly on the description. Outside of that there were games to keep the kids occupied. Open plan living room space made the place ideal when you have alot of kids! Highly recommended.

Kinloch Trip

The property is in a great location near the beach and with quick access to Taupo. Kerry-Anne was very responsive and accommodating as a host. The house had everything we needed (loved the outdoor clothes drying lines!). We really enjoyed our stay in Kinloch and would return to this property.

Perfect Place to Stay!

5 adults and 2 children. Very handy to the outdoors and so much for the kids to do with a park just down the road and the lake for swimming. Very spacious, clean and Kerry-Anne was very easy to deal with. Many thanks!

Awesome Accessible & quiet place

We enjoyed fantastic communication from the host right from our initial enquiry. We enjoyed the spacious light filled open plan layout of the kitchen/dining/lounge area. An elderly member of our family group uses a walker and this one level place accommodated her really well. Having the ensuite bedroom enabled her to use her own raised toilet set without having to share with anyone else. Thankyou for opening your holiday home for others like us to stay.

Lots of room which was great as had 2 days of rain & had some Games supplied. Kitchen had everything required with large BBQ outside and great seating outside. Beds comfy with lots of space

Great space for family

We had a great time using this property as our base in Kinloch. The 2 bathrooms and setup of the rooms were very convenient for us as we could divide and conquer the kids at two ends of the house. Would stay here again and recommend for families.

We love the outdoors and Kinloch was just the perfect spot for us. With so many biking trails and the easy access to the lake for fishing and water sports, not to forget the delightful 9 hole golf course, we feel spoilt for choice. there is always something for us to do and should the weather not be so kind then its off to the hot pools in Taupo!

Our holiday home is situated on a large section with plenty of space for backyard games and a good size deck to relax and soak up the sun. Deck chairs and outside seating is supplied. Nearby playground, tennis court, golf course, walking trails and biking trails give endless choices of activities
