Wonderful stay at Bullock Creek Chalet

Our family had a fantastic time at the Chalet. The views are as magnificent as on the listing. The property is very spacious, giving each of us (family of 4 with 2 kids, 10 and 12, and grand-parents) plenty of room to be on our own or be together. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook (and you should, so you can enjoy the view!). We had a wonderful time and would stay again if visiting Wanaka in the future. Communication with Release Wanaka was also excellent and we very much appreciated the gifts on our arrival.

Wanaka winter break

I cannot rate Release Wanaka’s staff highly enough. Andrea was amazing, so helpful, when the washing machine wouldn’t drain she came out herself in the evening to try and fix it. She then gave us a late checkout so we could finish our washing! The house is spacious and yet cosy the open fire a real winner in the winter. The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable and warm. The kitchen was easy and we all loved the fact that you are encouraged to use the provisions left by other renters but also to replace, as necessary so no need to buy the basics. As for the view you could never get bored. The board games were fantastic too, so much fun! The welcome presents were an unexpected bonus and the wine was delicious. Thank you again we will definitely be back year! In fact I’ll book now!
