Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lakefront cottage is located on the shore of Lake Ontario with stunning sunset views and the blue waters of the lake. On clear days even the Toronto skyline can be viewed. Imagine a peaceful retreat with the whole family to view the stars at night and making s'mores on your own private beach and bonfire. This home is located 20 minutes to Niagara Falls and is minutes to the Canadian border. It offers an unforgettable experience.

Classic Lake Cottage

Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive but it felt like a countryside break. The access, warnings, and directions we received were clear and easy to understand. Chosing this placeade our vacation so much easier and relaxing.

The house was neat and clean. There was adequate space for all of us. The AC works well and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appear to be newer. Be aware that the grill is charcoal and not gas. Also, the bathroom sink and shower hot & cold are reversed. The driveway is a bit tricky to find. Very difficult if your first arrival is after dark. A can opener and a knife sharpener would have been nice to have. All said and done, we had some difficulty connecting with the host due to technical difficulties. This wasn't their fault, but they worked to help us resolve the issue.

Short weekend stay

This cottage was a perfect location for our family’s need to be close to the soccer tournament park. The cottage was small but clean and equipped with most needs. The only things I can say were cons would be not receiving access until 30 min after check in to get in with instructions. I think a regular gas grill would be better than a state park grill to be able to have more room to cook as well as a fire pit. The queen bed has no box spring in which was not very comfortable and there was no dressers for clothes. But all in all the cottage was on the water with beautiful views on the lake.
