EXCEPTIONAL WATERFRONT POSITION and VIEWS

'Seaside Manor' offers an incredible position in the perfect location close to Waterfront Restaurants, City Centre and Tahunanui Beach!

Sensational views sweep across all the landmarks of Nelson's waterfront - the island, the harbour entrance, the boulderbank and Fifeshire Rock. In the distance is the coastline of the Abel Tasman and the mountains of Kahurangi tower above.

This home spans across two stories, with the living and entertaining spaces, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms located upstairs. There is also an extra bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs.

The bedroom configurations are as follows:
4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 9)
Upstairs - 1) Queen, 2) Double,
Downstairs - 3) Queen, 4 (Rumpus room): Double + Double sofa-bed by request

2+ Bathrooms
Upstairs - (Main bathroom) Shower, separate bath, basin & toilet,
Downstairs - Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 3 with Shower, Toilet & Vanity. Separate toilet.

Seaside Manor is an ideal holiday home for 1 to 3 couples or a family. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome with limited interior access allowed.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.

- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Great base for family holiday

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate the 7 of us, super living space upstairs with lovely views. Family gatherings well catered for. Hosts were great communicators.

House was perfect for us (5 adults and 2 kids) Great location for access to Tahunanui beach and to town. Amazing views from the top floor and bbq/bar area. Made for a great week. Cheers

Perfect spot

This home had everything we could ask for. Great location, great views and very comfortable. Beds were super comfy and the house was lovely and quiet. A well equiped kitchen and comfy lounge. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking for cars if you have more than one.

Great location with a view we will miss.

Great location with a view we will miss. Car access requires caution as vision is impaired by corner, gradient and foliage. The home is warm,sunny and inviting .Cosy barbecues on the deck were enjoyed by all .Our grandchildren were safe and sound although the road was a concern they were unable to play outside without constant supervision.

The view is as described - absolutely breathtaking!

The view is as described - absolutely breathtaking! The patio is charming and perfect! The house is well stocked with conveniences and has a small kitchen but outfitted for those who like to cook . The house is clearly live- in part of the year by the owner, with personal belongings in some drawers and closets. Needs some updating; master bed not comfortable...but THE VIEW!!
