Great for older chn had they had bedrooms and bathroom downstairs with their own small lounge & tv.

Very clean and central to coffee shops and beach. Short 5 min drive into the city centre. Spacious and warm. Excellent for a long stay. It had everything we needed…. Except egg cups.

Gorgeous getaway

We stayed in this beautiful property for a festival in Tauranga (a short taxi/uber away from this property). It was perfect for our stay as it was a 5min walk to the beach & 10-15min walk to Mount Maunganui if you fancy a stroll. Deb was very flexible with meeting us at the property once our flight arrived. The property itself is very spacious & the air con was a luxury in the heat of the weekend! There is a supermarket within walking distance (approx 15-20mins) & then wandering down into Mt Maunganui village centre had some great eateries/bars & a beautiful park to eat or head back to the beach. Although other properties feel close the neighbourhood was relatively quiet & the property still felt like it had a degree of privacy. Thank you for an excellent stay in Tauranga.

Fab Mt house

Excellent, prompt communication from property manager with all necessary information for ease of access to the house. Also answered all questions and requests I had in a professional and timely manner. The house was clean and extremely well appointed with lovely comfortable beds. The location to beach, shops, restaurants etc is excellent. Lots of parking at the jouse and in the quiet street. I would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Luxurious bach by the beach

Great location, great house

The Mount is a big place, so finding the right location - close to the supermarket, main shops and the beach - makes a holiday more enjoyable. This property was a walk to all of these, and suited our large family perfectly. The house itself is lovely, with all modern features maintained to a high standard. We loved the living area with its deck and big kitchen. We definitely recommend and will be back.

Home away from home

Perfect little get away from home! Location was perfect to access everything easily as well as close to the beach. House is well presented and immaculate. Property managers were helpful and easy to get in touch with. Thank you so much for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic house and location, but possibly overpriced

Very well designed and comfortable house with lovely open plan living areas. Large garage helpful for storing beach gear. Very limited outside space, although garden was well maintained and attractive. We felt that for what we paid we could have got much better value elsewhere in the Mount (I’m still not clear what the substantial service charge on top of the daily rate and cleaning fee got us?).

Mod cons at mount.

Visited The Mount 8times in 8 years and this is the best and most convenient location. The house had everything for a wonderful vacation. We will return.
