New modern property self contained apartment close to Tauranga, Bethlehem and Mount Maunganui. Views to the mount at the front.
Omokoroa has cafe's a small pub, takeaways, launderette and supermarket. Lots of lovely cycleways and coastal walks. The children's skate park is very popular and loved by visiting and local children.
The property has a private Large clean living room with large comfy couch, sky TV, Free WiFi, sea views, dining room table, or dine outside under the veranda.
Kitchenette with sink, microwave, electric frypan, Webber Barbeque with which you can roast or grill/barbeque. Free tea & coffee, milk, bread and spreads supplied.
New building only 3 years old new beds, all bedding supplied.
Two bedrooms and TWO SEPERATE BATHROOMS. Bedding, Towels shampoo & shower gel supplied.

Family get together

This was a great place for us to be close to family and a weekend birthday celebration. We loved the peace and quiet and the view of the estuary. Lovely apartment with a generous two bathrooms. Small kitchen but there were plenty of options for takeaway and dine out close by.

Great stay!

We stayed for two nights while exploring Tauranga, Rotorua, and Hobbiton. Excellent rental. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a great view. Easy access to major roads. Check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed meeting the dogs - Dave and Doris. Our youngest had a great time playing fetch with Doris!

Wonderful quiet location

Plenty of room inside and two stunning places to sit and enjoy the quiet. Appreciated all of the little extras - bread, milk (plenty of) and spreads. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

What a view!

We (family of 4) stayed at this immaculately clean and well-presented apartment for a week across New Year. We loved everything about it! The friendly owners (Kymberley and Norman) and their gorgeous dogs (Doris and Dave) live upstairs - we so enjoyed Doris's daily visits to see what we were up to! Love having a holiday dog! The apartment is spacious and very modern and new. Ceiling fans in the two bedrooms really helped in the summer heat as did the air conditioner in the living room. The kitchenette is sufficient with microwave, full size fridge, huge electric frypan and Weber BBQ (as no hob/oven). There is also no washing machine but there is a laundromat nearby if needed. The location is quiet with a lovely outlook across to the Mount and we found Omokoroa a good base to adventure both north to Waihi and south to the Mount from. Highly recommend this excellent accommodation and great hosts and would absolutely stay again!

Great property

We were visiting family in Omokoroa and the property was in a great location. The views were great and it is close to the main road to Taraunga/Bethlehem. Kimberley and Norm were great hosts and made sure that we were settled. We hope to visit again soon.

Reunited

We were visiting our family in omokoroa for the first time in three years. We stayed for 5 weeks. The property is in a quiet area with lovely views and walks around the immediate area. Super outside sitting areas too Two bedrooms, one king. One rwin, are comfortable and each has an en suite shower and toilet and sliding doors. Ceiling fans keep rooms cool. Lounge is large and comfortable The hosts are helpful, there if we needed them but respecting our privacy . Doris the dog was a regular visitor, and we love dogs and welcomed her. The kitchen area is small, but well equipped for snacks and quick.meals A barbecue is outside. We did not use it, but were assured by our grandson it was "the best"

Great stay

Perfect space for 4 people. One queen bed and two singles that can go into one bed. Each room has its own ensuite. Off street parking. Everything that you need is there and super comfortable for a weekend stay. You have a view of the ocean from the ground floor and plenty of lawn space to use. Just what we needed for the weekend.

Clean, cosy + 2 bathrooms!

Great, comfortable place to stay. Great with young kids. We had a 6 and 1 year old and had a great time - no sharp edges or easily breakable things. Nice and quiet, plus has a yard to run around in (not completely fenced but on a quiet street so easy with little ones). Great rooms - two ensuites make it really easy - can have a baby asleep and still use the shower or toilet. Overall, lovely, cosy, well maintained place - appreciated the bread, milk, butter and coffee/tea etc. Thanks Kymberley :)

A Great Easy Stay in Omokoroa.

Views are just the start of what’s good about this tidy convenient bach. It is beautifully appointed, with Easy access to the gorgeous omokoroa walkway. We stayed following a bereavement and the professional kindness of the hosts made everything easy. Can’t rate them highly enough

Love Omokoroa

Fantastic location, accommodation and host. Our family loved staying at the property as it was very well appointed and had a great view of the harbour. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend.
