Step out onto the balcony and enjoy lovely views of the mountain, shared pool, and ski lift - or stay inside and get warm from the gas fireplace! This condo is set up perfectly for guests who want to hang out together but also want time to themselves. The loft bedroom is tucked away enough from the rest of the home that the guests sleeping here will still enjoy some privacy (and an en suite bathroom!). The second upstair bedroom features a bonus private balcony. The living room sofabed pulls out to a bonus queen size sleeping area. Come together around the gas fireplace at night, maybe with some aprés ski refreshments cooked up in the full kitchen. There's room for everyone in this comfortable mountain condo, and guests who stay here are also welcome to use shared resort amenities (including three hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool!).

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
