Brief Description
Spacious new house located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood of Calgary, Evergreen.
Our modern home is suitable accommodation for families or a group of friends who are looking for a peaceful getaway from the crowded city. Whether you are planning to rent our place for a short weekend or decided to have a long-term stay – the house is well equipped to make sure you have a wonderful experience away from home.
Maximum occupancy - 6 people.

The Space
The stylish house is conveniently located in the heart of one of the best and most prestigious neighborhoods in Calgary – Evergreen. The property offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere inside the house, providing all of our guests with a unique experience “home away from home”.
The property is tastefully designed and well-equipped for guests for short and long-term stays. We tried to use calm and sophisticated colors to add some luxurious touches to the interior. Large panoramic windows in the living room allow a good amount of natural light during the day, which makes the entire house look even brighter inside.
The configuration of the house is the following: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room, an open concept kitchen & dining area, and a laundry room.
Once you step inside the building, you will encounter a large living area with large panoramic windows connected to a well-designed kitchen. Open concept and high standing dining table allow big families and a larger group of people to gather in the same area for evening activities.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and 2 spacious armchairs facing the fireplace. In case you prefer to spend your evening at home, a comfortable and warm atmosphere is guaranteed for you and your family. Above the fireplace, you will find a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Our modern, well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary tools and amenities you might need during your stay: coffee & tea facilities, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, utensils, double fridge, etc. everything is at your entire disposal. The spacious dining table comfortably sits 6 people at the same time.
Our main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with pristine linen and plush pillows for your absolute relaxation. You will also find a flat screen TV for your entertainment. A luxury ensuite bathroom that is connected to the master bedroom, comes with a soaker tub, walk-in shower with a glass door, marble sink, and toilet.
Two other bedrooms have an extremely comfortable queen size bed in each room. Both bedrooms share one and a half bathrooms on the same floor, where a full bathroom has a large bathtub for your comfort. The upper level also offers a laundry room where you can find washing & drying machines.
During the warm days and sunny weather, guests can spend their day outside on the backyard of the house, which is conveniently accessible from the living area.
AC, heating, complimentary toiletries, linen, free private parking, and other comforts for your convenient and carefree stay are provided.

Our house is located in Evergreen safe vibrant, and green residential community, part of the greater area of Calgary, within easy access to downtown, shopping malls, breathtaking National parks & lakes, hiking & biking trails. Fish Creek Provincial Park, one of the largest urban parks in Calgary is located just 2 km away (20 minutes walking).
It’s a fantastic place to walk, run, bike or picnic all year round. The picturesque Spruce Meadows horse-jumping complex is only 6 km away (10 minutes driving) A 5-minute drive west on highway 22x, places you out in the peace and tranquility of the countryside viewing the foothills of the majestic Canadian Rockies in the distance.
Tsuu T'ina Nation 145 is an Indian reserve in southern Alberta – 22 km away (20 minutes by car).
Kananaskis – 45 minutes drive;
Canmore 1, 5-hour drive; Banff 1:45 minutes drive,
Lake Louise – 2 hours drive.

The best way to navigate in Calgary is having a car! However, if this is not the case, you can take public transportation.
From C train station (10 minutes driving) you can travel all over the city. There is a Bus # 14 (3-minutes away from the house) that can take you to C train Station (SB Somerset)
Also, the following transit lines have routes that pass near Evergreen Bus - 11, Bus – 12
