Location, location, location! Three bedrooms, two baths, living room, screened lanai, garage, BOAT PARKING and only a short 10 minute walk to the Indian River and river boardwalk. An easy 15 minute drive to the sandy Atlantic BEACHES! A few minutes more to jetty fishing and ocean beaches at Sebastian Inlet State Park, one of the best Florida has to offer! World class BASS FISHING is only minutes away at the famous Stick Marsh and Garcia Lake! Shops, parks, gyms, restaurants, bars within a short half mile or so walk. Many waterfront restaurants are on the riverside within a mile or so, along with boat and kayak rentals, tour boats and charter boat DEEP SEA fishing! Even learn to SKYDIVE at nearby Skydive Sebastian! An aquatics park is only a few miles away. Only a 20 minute drive south to trendy Vero Beach and outlet shops. Private fenced backyard and a very quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean. The home has a king bed in the MBR, a queen bed in the second, and two twin beds in the third, all with new Euro-top mattresses in 2020. 7 day minimum rental period. No Pets, no smoking. Sebastian River Medical Center is less than 4 miles away.

Our Sebastian getaway

Everything was as advertised. The two sofas made the living room very roomy. We really enjoyed the back patio as an area to sit and enjoy. Extra chairs there made it convenient to sit out back and tan. We took advantage of the beach chairs and towels to go to the beach. The Sebastian Riverfront Park is close enough to go and look out of the river. The hosts were great to work with.

Wonderful home and owners

This is a very clean, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. It is very well stocked and we had everything we needed. Very close to many good restaurants, stores, parks, Indian River and beaches. The owners were very nice and welcoming, and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at this home and we would come back. Thank you Joanne and KC!

Great place to stay

The house was very nice. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped though we ate out most of the time. Location was great for fishing, enjoying the water and all the restaurants. Hosts are great too. Very nice and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again if in Sabastian. Thanks Joanne and KC for a great trip!

Fantastic Stay close to everything you need

This was a perfect stay for our family. They have 3 bedrooms with various sizes of beds to accommodate our larger family. It's in a fantastic location! The neighborhood is very quiet, and you are close to everything you need in Sebastian (groceries, gas, restaurants, etc). Plus, you are literally 5-10 minutes from the beach!! The owners were great to work with. They provided plenty of information (even great suggestions of places to go only locals would know). They were super quick to respond and made our stay! We will definitely keep this on our list to revisit again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Highly reccomend

Awesome communication by the owners. Very clean and homey with all the amenities you would need. Great location and convenient for hitting the lakes for some fantastic bass fishing. Will definitely be looking to book this home again next year as we've decided to make this an annual trip.

Great house, Great location

Very clean, easy to maintain and close to everything. Large garage to park two cars with work bench. We enjoyed our stay and the weather was great. Central air worked great to keep us cool after some hot days. We would rent again when back in this area. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Great vacation

Took my son and nephew away for a fishing trip. Location was perfect to get to Stickmarsh and Headwater. Close to anything we needed. Had everything we needed at the house , very comfortable and look forward to returning next year !

Comfortable House which fit our needs.

This house is located about 1 1/2 miles from the inlet channel and park, and an easy walk from the house. It is well furnished, uncluttered with up-to-date kitchen and laundry appliances. Owners/managers are very helpful in answering any questions and assisting in making our stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Neighborhood is very quiet. Garage is larger than average.

Great house, nice central location

Great place to stay--conveniently located on a quiet residential street, well furnished, clean and the screened in back porch is great. Hosts are available and responsive. 5/5 would high recommend.
