Absolutely delightful retreat. Stunning views and very spacious!! Game room is perfect for kids. Kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for a group, with the three full bathrooms.

Perfect Stay for Families

This was our second time staying at this house, and we’ve already reserved it again for July—that says it all! The home is clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials and toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the views are absolutely amazing. The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate multiple families, and we especially appreciate having three full bathrooms. The owner is very attentive and quick to respond whenever questions came up. Another great stay, and we’re looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic and amazing property. We came.for a family Thanksgiving. It was perfect for everyone. With the elevator for my mother to the game room for the family. Gorgeous home with everything you need with the most incredible views around. Absolutely a must for a couples getaway or bringing the friends for an amazing time.

Fantastic family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this house as a family. Everything was sparkling clean and the host was quick to answer any questions we had. The game room was a huge hit and our kids hung out in there the entire weekend!

Wonderful location with magnificent views. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 adults to spend time together in the game room, outdoor patios and in the awesome kitchen. Close to all activities we enjoyed in Prescott and surrounding areas.

Something for Everyone Great Location

My friends and I had an amazing time at this rental. The views were great, everything was new and clean, the game room was a ton of fun! Location was great, close to groceries, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Nice and safe neighborhood. Everything about our experience was amazing. We will be back next time we are in Prescott.

The house is very well put together, quality, bedding and furniture, beautiful home and easy location in Preskett and access to Sedona or Flagstaff. The only issue was a fire alarm was going off and we had to replace the battery but upon removing of the battery, the fire alarm continued to beep we were able to reset it, but then it went off again at 1 AM which was also quite shocking and alarming as it should be. The host was very accommodating though with this request and asked for a 10% discount to be applied to my overall reservation. I definitely recommend this home for a family. There’s a wonderful rec room and lots of amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Would love to come back and stay again. The host was very open to communication and prompt.

This home is stunning the views are stunning! Everything was phenomenal! Host was attentive let us check in a little early. Host left snacks coffee and bathrooms have soaps. Highly reccomend!

Absolutely Beautiful

This was such an amazing weekend in a very beautiful home. This place is one the most wonderful places I’ve ever stayed. We had everything available that we could possibly think of. Veterans weekend stay

This is a great home to rent. My brothers family and mine stayed here for the weekend. This home was recently built and still has the new home smell. The owner allowed us to check in a couple hours before the 4 pm check in time, which was a bonus. The garage is used as an extra large game room. The kids spent most of their time down there. If I take another trip to Prescott I would stay at this property again.

Hilltop beauty

The property is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. The only caution I would stress is that there are multiple steps to the front entrance and stairs to/from the game room which might be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. Altho there is an elevator, we could not find instructions for its use in the orientation book. The location was ideal as we wanted to be near The Highlands Center. We would love to stay again.

The home was better than pictured. The split floor plan and high ceilings made for a very enjoyable stay. Lots of luxury features: USB C outlet ports, heated bathroom mirrors, waterfall countertops in the kitchen. Bedrooms all had comfortable mattress and great views. Plenty of fun in the downstairs game room/garage which also has a fridge. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful, but just 15 minutes to downtown. Ride share was a little tricky at times, just plan ahead. Overall a great stay.

Excellent stay, highly recommendedWe recently stayed at this rental for five nights. The home was well-maintained. It was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking essentials. The thoughtful amenities, like: coffee, tea, packaged snacks, toiletries, a hair dryer, curling iron, iron, and even a washer and dryer added an extra layer of convenience.The host was easy to reach and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The responsiveness made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We decided to book again without hesitation for a future stay. Overall, a fantastic home and nice neighborhood. Relaxing stay.

This home was great for visiting family in Prescott. The game room was perfect for the 2 year old’s attention span. He never wanted to leave. The large kitchen and main area made it so we didn’t feel crowded and with 3 adult couples we all had separate bathrooms. For a little more than a “ regular “ house in the area it was well worth the cost. No one in our group had an issue with the steep driveway, even with snow on the ground. The front drive minivan had no issues. We will stay here again if we all come back at the same time.
