Went up here for my husbands bday weekend! Had an amazing time just playing games and using all the amazing amenities! If I could have any complaint it would only be that the fire pit doesn’t produce much heat, so pack accordingly if it’s in the winter! Overall a great experience though and Tiffany was great and very responsive.

We always strive for a 5 star experience, and apologize for the inconvenience of other guests arriving during your stay. We are no longer working with the company that double booked our home, and the other guests were accommodated at another property. Hopefully that was the only issue you experienced during your stay and that the rest of your vacation at The Sanctuary was as peaceful and wonderful as you dreamed it would be! Please text Tiffany if there is something we could have done better, and we’d be happy to host you and your family again at one of our other Arizona Sanctuary Experiences homes in Prescott/Sedona any time so we can make it up to you! All the Best, Robyn (owner) and Tiffany
