The property was very spacious, pet-friendly and the kitchen has all your cooking and baking needs. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the front porch while enjoyed the amazing views, it was very tranquil. The afternoon were spend on the back porch enjoying the beautiful weather.

Vintage Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The grandchildren did not want to leave nor did the adults! lolThe location was very convenient and we were just a couple of minutes from the town square, fun restaurants, antique stores and fashion boutiques. It was wonderful to escape the heat of Scottsdale and actually enjoy sitting and dining outside. Not to mention the history of this adorable town!Will be back!

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious; plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need. The courtyard was fenced in, making it pet friendly. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was an added bonus. The fresh eggs we retrieved from the chicken coop (located through the courtyard, through the fence door with the chicken on it) were delicious. Our host was very quick to respond to my question. The location was fabulous, a little too far for me to walk to Whiskey Row (considering the hills), but it was only a quick 1 minute drive. As the description states, be cautious with the driveway, it can be a bit difficult to navigate at night.

Great place!

We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. This place was quiet and very clean and had window ac in all the upstairs bedrooms. We were in awe over the antiques and all the touches. The host even checked in with us. Beautiful house! I was followed by a deer while walking the dog.

Perfect size for our family reunion

Serene setting with lots of room, we especially liked the little attached part of the house with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Guy was very quick to answer questions and made sure we had all that we needed.definitely would recommend for a large group.

Magnolia Mountain House was great!

We stayed at Magnolia Mountain House for a week (we rented both the Main and the Guest House). It was charming and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and it has a nice patio to eat meals at or just to visit with family.Guy and his staff were easily reachable for questions. I highly recommend this rental property, especially for big groups.

Cosy and fun!

We loved the eclectic, cozy and fun house. It served our group of 10 well with lots of communal spaces without feeling on top of each other. It was fully stocked and had everything you would need to feel at home. Loved the kitchen! It couldn’t be in a better area. Perfect to get to everywhere you need to go in Prescott. Things to note two of the bedrooms do not have full doors on them and share a shower but have their own toilets. It worked out fine with our group and we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!!

Guy and Dixie are amazing and I can’t wait to stay again!! Perfect accommodations and just a very relaxed atmosphere! Close to downtown for shopping, dinning etc! I highly recommend staying there for family gatherings, romantic get away, getting together with friends! Anything you need just ask and Guy and Dixie will do there very best to make your stay a wonderful getaway!! House was great. Provided plenty of beds for a group 12 men. We ate in 2 of our 3 night stay and kitchen provided everything we needed. Plenty of gathering and eating space. Great value gor the 12 of us. We'd do it again.

Cozy getaway

This property lives up to the photos and then some. Located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood of Prescott, this cozy cottage is decorated beautifully. It has all the amenities you would need for an extended weekend or longer. Approximately 1 mile from downtown, you will find plenty to see and do walking or taking a quick drive to all of the great bars,shops and restaurants Prescott has to offer. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, the accommodations immaculate and the hosts super friendly.

Unique home with a fantastic location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property and I must say it was an amazing experience. The property was well-maintained and the interior design was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property also had a lovely garden and outdoor seating area which made for a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Lovely home, lovely folks

We are card players and need a table, the owners helped out immediately but the space was clumsy. I would give a 5 star but the lack of indoor dining wasn't clear to us in the narrative. There was ample outdoor space but the weather made that too uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was just fine.

Great place for adult family gathering- Great host!

My family loved staying in your home! We had a family wedding in Prescott Valley and loved this place. This house provided plenty of privacy and common space. Front porch and courtyard were great for early morning coffee. Enough bathrooms, bedrooms, and the bed configurations provided space for 9 adults and 1 toddler. Both homes were filled with eclectic treasures that made our stay even more interesting. The main kitchen was well stocked. The host left fresh eggs (delicious!), Keurig cups, cream, and sugar for us, along with various cooking spices and oils. Such a convenience. We didn't need to rush to store to purchase for the breakfast. Communication with the host is excellent! Owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We were well informed of expectations and provided emails and phone numbers. Location is away from the main roads, but close enough (5 minutes) to "civilization" and the historic downtown area. Everything about our stay here couldn't have been better. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the home and the area. If we are ever in the Prescott area again, we will definitely consider this place again.

The moment we entered this home we felt a warmth and welcome beyond our expectations. Everything about this home made our trip to Prescott unforgettable. The owner of the home made everything clear and super easy to understand and the communication was superior. The home in itself is truly a gem, and we cannot wait to visit again. The kitchen and dining areas are the first element of this home to set it apart from any other home we looked at. The photos don’t do it justice! Everything was comfortable and cozy and the beds…oh my gosh the beds…in the master bedroom were beyond comfort! We truly loved our stay and will be returning! PS - you have to use the jacuzzi!

Great house! Super cute and great location

There is not much to be said other then wow what a great property and weekend. We had a group of 10 adults and do a trip once a year. So we have gotten large Vrbo homes all over. It was a great experience Guy is obviously a pro it is a well oiled machine. The house for everyone and had tons of different places to hang out. The decor was on point and everything was clean. We will be booking again. The driveway is no joke and not for the faint of heart, it is shot and hard to turn around in. We ended up parking in the street with our trucks which worked out fine. That would be the only drawback if you had someone not as mobile in your group but it did not affect us having a blast. Thank you for sharing!

My family and I recently rented Magnolia's main and guest home over Labor Day weekend. The property easily accommodated our group of 9 (ages ranging from 5 - 72) with room to spare. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level, which made navigating ideal for the older individuals. It is also attached to the main home, so no one felt excluded. The first floor of the main home is perfect for gathering of large groups. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could need (better than any other rental we've stayed). After a day of walking around Whiskey Row (only a short 5-minute drive) we enjoyed sitting in the outside garden eating dinner and playing cards. The character and charm of this home sets it apart from other rentals we have stayed. It's easy to see how much attention to detail went into this home. The Victorian décor was elegantly done; we were constantly noticing new features. Guy (the owner) was extremely attentive. The property it is truly a hidden gem.

My name is Guy Kobey and I am a 3rd generation Phoenician & Prescottonian and my wife Dixie, is originally from what used to be a little Mayberry type town in Illinois called Naperville & also a proud Prescottonian. We have been in the hospitality industry from owning restaurants to working in resorts. Renting our homes to vacationers has been a labor of love for over two decades. Knowing our guests are making memories that last a lifetime fills our hearts and keeps us always trying to better our homes and what we have to offer for our guests. We always wanted to have our own bed and breakfast in the woods. Well, having a Vacation Rental is the next best thing. Dixie and myself along with our 2 little girls are very proud of our wonderful homes as seen on ArizonaCabinRentals or ArizonaVacationRentalsUnlimited. Our specialty is homes that cater to family reunion type gatherings rather than what I call “pack em in party houses.” Our homes include homes/cottages in Prescott (Sleeps 6 & 18), Cabin in Pinetop (Sleeps 28), Cave Creek home with heated pool and spas (Sleeps 21) and our newest home is a lake house on Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri (Sleeps 24). Upon your arrival you will receive our welcome letter including our advice with where to find our favorite local grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, places to picnic and fish, tours, gas stations, ice cream and frozen yogurt, liquor stores, pizza, local hot spots and of course where to golf, hike, tour, horseback ride, rent boats & jet skis. And don’t forget about our renowned chefs who come and dazzle your family right there in our home!

This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation in the woods with picturesque views from every room including the gym! When booking this listing, the entire property is yours and your guests alone and you will be the only one using the hot tub and the gym! Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for 2 or wanting to bring the whole crew look no further! Another favorite of our guests is fresh eggs in the morning from our chickens (if they are laying). This is a one of a kind cottage as it is a Victorian style home located on the side of the mountain surrounded by enormous pine and oak trees, and an assortment of other colorful trees. Take an afternoon stroll along the seasonal creek bed or watch the kids explore the wooded property. Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes and boutique shopping right in your own backyard. And If you keep an eye out you will see our very own family of deer who for years have made our property their own. These deer range from little babies to majestic old Grand Daddys with big antler racks.

MAGNOLIA'S BED SITUATION
The main house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 Queens, Bedroom 2 has 1 king, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen, and Bedroom 4 has a Daybed with a trundle and has 2 twins and each room has either it's own bathroom or one right next door. The Guest House sleeps 8 more in 2 nice size en suites. Each en suite has one queen bed and a day bed with a trundle underneath including two additional twin-sized beds sleeping 4 per room. Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses.
