Welcome to Coral Cove, a stunning brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home nestled along a peaceful freshwater canal. This newly built and modern furnished retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and relaxation for your next Cape Coral vacation!

Property Highlights:
King Master Bedroom: Spacious suite with a king-size bed and streaming TV. Master bath features dual vanities, huge walk around shower, and soaking tub.
Queen Guest Bedroom: Cozy room featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and streaming TV
Bunk Bedroom: Fun and functional twin-over-double bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. This room also has a streaming TV for your enjoyment.
Guest/Pool Bath: Both guest bedrooms share this bathroom with a walk-in shower that also has access to pool and lanai area.
Private Electric Heated Pool: Enjoy sun-filled days and nights by the sparkling pool, ideal for lounging and cooling off. Plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating for fresh air dining and grilling on the BBQ grill.
Freshwater Canal: Unwind by the serene canal, great for fishing, or just enjoying the local nature and wildlife.

*All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking. The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

Better than photos show

Florian was very responsive and helpful not only before arrival but while there. This new construction is spacious and well kept. The outside pool area provided everything you need. It is a 5 minute drive to Publix supermarket and a 10-15 minute drive to the bars and restaurants in downtown Cape Coral. We definitely would rent again.

We had an incredible stay at this house for our family vacation! The house was spotless, and the pool was not only clean but absolutely amazing. We couldn't recommend it enough! The kids had a blast, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from Siesta Key, which is ranked as the #1 beach in the country. If you're into pickleball or golf, you're just minutes away from some great spots. There's also a large Target and Publix nearby for anything you might need. The house truly felt like a home away from home. The kids swam in the saltwater pool at least twice a day, and the host made sure the pool was cleaned before our arrival. We honestly couldn't find anything to fault. We'll definitely be back!

Grandioser Aufenthalt in einem perfekten Haus

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, 6 Tage in diesem Haus zu wohnen! Alles ist sehr hochwertig und stylisch eingerichtet, es war sehr sehr sauber und einladend. Besonders hat uns der beheizbare Pool gefallen, wir waren glücklich, dass wir kurzfristig und problemlos noch eine Nacht verlängern konnten. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, der auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat! Die Lage ist toll und sicher! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
